Does it f**k. Nixon ran the club like a fanny and it would hardly be surprising given his other business failings that he's tried to bypass tax on the bonus payments. Given an ongoing investigation is taking place in regards to Ged Nixon vs. Livingston F.C. it's hardly surprising they've passed on this info to the tax man. As asserted previously, the squad is already signed up so a transfer ban makes little difference to us. Letter dated the 31st July which implies if it is tit-for-tat then Nixon grassing up Rankine is as a result of this.

Well as the article states, there's no accusations that we are failing to pay players now so I wouldn't say that's the case. The Rankine issue is ridiculous as well, given there's been no clear benefit to us from him having interests in Dumbarton and East Fife. It may be that repayment over the Dorado saga was miscommunicated following the takeover but given the fact he's been back at the club since, I'd think that's unlikely. We should wait for more details before speculating why/if we've been at fault.

I think they said it would be this week they would be available for collection. I was told the same thing in regards to being phoned. I'll phone tomorrow and ask about mine as I'm doing absolutely f**k all during the week, right now.
