  1. Absolute disgrace that we let his contract run out. Really good footballer and truly a player who plays for the fans. Di Canio will help him get even better. A player that would have undoubtedly commanded a sell-on feee in the future which makes it even more stupid that we released him.
  2. That's my view exactly. L4L, it's on decent authority from an agent.
  3. Apparently on too much money but he's nowhere near on as the happy clappers will suggest. For a player, in my opinion, with a potential selling value and clear ability it was incredibly naïve to let him go. Especially when Deuchar is the alternative.
  4. The costs from 2nd Division football next year would be much more than the wage of a decent striker, for a season. Hopefully we get De Vita back again like we did Talbot last season. I've no doubt he'd score a few goals at this level, with a full pre-season behind him.
  5. I'd try and get Elliot back in from Hearts. Look at the strikers they have already. We're a good centre-half, winger and striker away from the top 5. It's not a terrible team, just in need of slight tweeking.
  6. He'll do a job for them. He manages to wriggle out of trouble very well, good at playing it simple but can also see a pass. Would have rather had him with us Dan, put it that way.
  7. Aye. MCL's a fanny most of the time but this point is undeniable.
  8. Quality player. Could see him playing for Hearts at some point, if he's a fan. Good with his feet, strong in the air, very consistent.
  9. The SFL told us we weren't allowed to, if we wanted to stay in the league structure. This was clarified by them, at the time.
  10. In fact, it was to stop us from being kicked out the league but the point's the same. Who am I to question the SFL?
  11. Part of the agreement to save the club from liquidation was that contracts couldn't be torn up.
  12. Ah but those attendances weren't following a title winning team, as they will be next season.
  13. I'd certainly be concerned but I suppose it depends on who the other £500k of creditors are as to whether it's a really serious problem. It's certainly not as bad a position as we have been in. I suppose the breaking even suggestion will probably come from being in SPL 2. What could the change in Articles of Association mean?
  14. Footballing debts have to be paid in full, would that not include playing staff members? Any mention of what the other creditors are?
  15. I'm stunned Livi supporters are being so flippant about this.
  16. The Director's Loans is the greatest concern for me. We were told there were no loans. Why do you seem more concerned about laughing at the Trust's expense than the state of the club?
