Had another listen to the Sportsound Podcast during the night there. It seems churlish, but I'd take issue with what Sir Cosgrove said about Green after his performance on the Hampden steps. The only reason he sounded reticent, humble, call it what you will, is because he had a statement in front of him (which was probably drafted days ago). Had Charles Green opened his mooth and let his belly rumble, which has been pretty much his default setting since he arrived, I'm sure he wouldn't have sounded so concillitary (sp?). With regards Regan - I can only assume that he came out with his ramblings at some Mount Florida taverna, blootered out his skull, shortly after the meeting broke up. If he hasn't resigned by teatime I'll be mystified.

With regards an abridged podcast of tonights Sportsound - it will be, however I've no idea what they could feasibly cut from it. I shall definitely download it, and it will be kept for posterity for all time, even though I listened to the live offering. It was the perfect antidote to every time a decent caller has been cut off in their prime by Traynor.

Where to fucking start. Rangers would get big crowds in Division 3 but fans might not travel, Rangers fans and their justification if other SPL clubs find themselves in administration, that it would be 3 (maybe 4) years before the SPL is back to the standard that it is just now. Never mind that Rangers vs Celtic games "is" Scottish Football, with their games against each other being huge occasions that are watched by millions and millions worldwide. I hope someone more technically savvy than I can get it on YT and put it up here. Proper verge of tears stuff.

It's the Jim Ballantyne quote that got my eyebrows raised. It's typical of that w****r, but even so - when faced with Alex Thomson, saying anything that enforces the belief that cronyism is alive and well within the SFL isn't best policy.

BBC's Chris McLaughlin on Twitter stating that the SFL meeting continues, and that members have been advised that 16 out of the 30 clubs would be needed to vote Sevco into SFL1. 1. I didn't realise there was an actual mechanism that would mean they could get voted in above SFL3, 2. I also thought that any vote would need to have 23/30 mmbers in favour.

The sad thing is, that woman is bang on the money. Whilst plenty of the their support are desperate to hang their hat on whatever nonsense the next legend spouts, that woman is saying "why should I believe ANY of you?". For a while you heard plenty of their support and ex players saying they were being told nothing - when in truth, the problem was they didn't like what they were hearing! There were times when Whyte and Green at various points of their tenures, were in the press every other day! Yet they were being told nothing??
