  1. I highly doubt 10 year olds were "confronting" anyone.
  2. The club post says explicitly that the £200 price is only until 12th May and will rise after that date.
  3. They're just young kids trying to have fun. I was doing far worse at their age. Going to the game should be fun. The sit down n shurrup, tartan blanket and werthers originals brigade have long since forgotten that and go along purely out of habit. They won't be around forever and younger fans from the local area are very much needed to keep the gates going into the future. Having them play a drum, megaphone, smoke cannister, chant and clap and bounce may not be to everyone's taste, but they're children enjoying themselves. As it should be.
  4. I didn't witness any of this, but I'm not sure you can give adequate context to slapping primary school children.
  5. Dumbarton fc has just emailed me and presumably others to say that after the match a group of 16 year old Stirling fans chased the Young Sons supporters group, assaulting 2 of them who are 10 years old. Anyone want to own up? I'll happily kick their faces clean off their skulls.
  6. Just had an email from the club that a group of teenage Stirling fans chased and assaulted the Young Sons who were 10 years old after the Stirling game. Fucking c***s.
  7. I'd prefer Rovers stay up. As for promotion/relegation, I don't think Bonnyrigg have offered much to the league, beyond reported decent home crowds. They've been the poorest side I've seen in the league this season. Spartans, as mentioned by others, are pro colts, sports centre shite, so they can stay down. I'd rather have seen Buckie come up. No offence to Brechin City, just for a new face. I'm all for breaking the closed shop nature of the bottom tier, which frustrated the life out of me before the beginning of the pyramid. If it comes down to Bonnyrigg or Brechin I'd prefer the hedge lot.
  8. Same font, size and location as my back tattoo.
  9. I'm sure some desperate loser on a Chinese video platform will do that for me soon enough.
  10. My bird watches too much tiktok and is getting a wee bit tinfoily. She's been moaning about this alert for a couple of weeks and how she'd turn it off in settings. The dozy cow then forgot and it went off while she was getting a tattoo.
  11. As ever with part time bottom tier football, it'll be a few young guys you've never heard of and a few guys in their 20s that you've vaguely heard of playing for someone like Albion Rovers.
  12. Only DFC and Finlay Gray would know that.
  13. I like Marvin Bartley and Grant Murray used to play for my other team, but unless Queens are coughing up a million for the pair, it's a no. I'll be conducting all negotiations on behalf of DFC.
  14. Get yourselves to f**k. Gray is a cracking prospect. He's quick, fit, energetic and gets beyond the strikers. His passing needs work though, as does his game awareness. Definitely one to watch and I'm delighted we gave him an extension halfway through his contract. Looks a real find. Orsi is a right winger. Quick and tricky, with decent delivery. Can drift out of games and pick the wrong option at times, but usually a bright spot in our side.
  15. We've got very few fit options to rotate much. Not like we can play a second choice XI. Best we can hope to do is manage games to avoid over exertion or injury.
  16. Saw that earlier and had the same thought. It's great the work that the volunteers do at the club, and having done work for the club recently I've seen the skeleton staff who work damn hard to run the place and therefore the usefulness that those volunteers bring, but to snark at people for not fancying the event they've decided on isn't right. Maybe they just picked an unpopular event and need to think harder about what fundraisers would be more attractive to the audience. I've seen the same folk moan on social media in the recent past about low interest in the supporters bus, but again, if the event is appealing then folk may be more interested. Plenty of us have used the supporters bus in the past and plenty of us have found it a drag. Our travelling support is always decent and made up mainly of folk who make their own way to games, there's a reason for that.
  17. That's the fella. Came through Aberdeen's youth. Played for St Mirren and Morton before us. Morton played him as a 9 which I find odd. He's had to do that job for us the odd time when we've had a dearth of forwards available, but he's clearly a 7. Like all wingers he can be inconsistent and frustrate at times, but he's really came onto a game of late, hopefully he keeps that form up for the playoffs.
  18. I'd to see us play 442 a bit more with McLean pairing Byrne as I think it'll give Byrne more service and support to do his thing. He works very hard up front, but shelling long balls to him without another Sons player within 20 yards of him isn't a tactic that's paying off and it isn't going to suddenly start to.
  19. I'd imagine (just a guess) he's been told to slow the game down and possibly frustrate Albion.
  20. That comes across a wee bit like sour grapes mate
