  1. I don't get it. Men tweet about different things on the same day?
  2. I remember from ~2005-2010 when I was a teenager and discovering the music I liked, music channels on TV (well, freeview) were a big part of that. It might have been the era of indie landfill and there might have been some shite but it formed the basis of what I like now, and in the years that followed I've expanded and reached out beyond that and, for the most part, have determined the sort of music I like and the sort of new music I'd be interested in. I found this on 4music last night: 6.5 million views in a month. I don't know how I'd listen to music if I was young nowadays, because I definitely wouldn't listen to this.
  3. The BP garage at the top of my road had nobody in it when I walked past it earlier You should be fine
  4. If we're doing indie landfill then it's worth posting this list again: The Top 50 Greatest Landfill Indie Songs of All Time (vice.com)
  5. I'm really fed up hearing about Alexandra Burke's maw at this point.
  6. I was going to say the pet gimp but he already supplied that answer.
  7. Week 39 update One death this week, the actor Robert Fyfe: Robert Fyfe obituary | Television | The Guardian As ever with an actor, I have a look to see what they've been in. The only thing I've seen is The 51st State, but I'm more alarmed at the fact that Last of the Summer Wine lasted 25 years and 295 episodes. A different time you could say, if it hadn't lasted into 2010. Fyfe died at 90 so he's worth 35 Base Points. He was a Solo Shot for @Savage Henry for a bonus of 50 and a total of 85 points. As a result, the standings look like this: 1. Ned Nederlander 713 2. Savage Henry 429 3. Fuctifano 420 4. psv_killie 413 5. Indale Winton 332 6. Bishop Briggs 327 7. Arch Stanton 270 8. 8. Some effort to go that fast with their absolutely massive balls weighing them down.
  9. Not everyone has a time machine
  10. Good thing it's a 100% factual tale they're telling.
  11. Doubtful since most people from Renfrewshire say they're from Glasgow anyway.
  12. Channel 4 do have censored versions of even the old episodes, so hopefully that was a mistake. I think I'm going to spend the next nine weeks trying to figure out how the Morgana woman is the shape she is. She looks very tall.
  13. oh give the f**k up shut the f**k off and f**k the f**k off you boring racist fantasist
  14. I like it when the regulars aren't on the Subway because they're either non-mask wearing workies who sit in my seat or a fidgety jakey b*****d who's one one of those people who hack their lungs up and spit it out. Except while on the Subway.
  15. Have you considered being better at judging the freshness of produce before you buy it?
  16. What actually happens is the deliverer says "if they're back in 5 minutes it'll be fine on the doorstep"
