They can’t keep Dark/Elevation on You Tube due to the new deal with WBD being exclusive in terms of any AEW produced shows (ROH doesn’t fall into this category apparently). I’ve found Rampage to be pretty shippable for about the last 6 months plus - ironically until the last 2 weeks where the show has just been mental matches with international talent. Whether this will continue after Forbidden Door and what they actually do with the show will interesting. Battle of The Belts was such a let down. I was expecting a classic ‘Clash of the Champions’ style event with the odd Tag or World title match but instead it was just a second hour of Rampage.

Whether you want larger leagues is really down to personal preference and very little else (there are plenty of leagues that cope fine with larger leagues and arguably the current setup works well for us with smaller leagues. The whole argument about meaningless games seems ironically somewhat meaningless.) Personally I would prefer both LL/HL champions being promoted directly and that is unlikely to happen in the current 10 team league setup. Although rather than expand League 2, I’d argue it would be better to just combine Leagues 1 & 2 into some sort of ‘Super Seaside League’ - keep promotion/playoffs the same, 2 automatic relegation slots, playoff for 18th against the winner of 2nd v 2nd and job done.

Everyone complaining about VAR should realise that without it, there would have been no County penalty or comeback. I for one welcome our new overlords

I think the Gaelic broadcast would benefit from no English speaking pundits - I don’t see the point in this either, and even although these are the only parts I understand I find the switch between languages distracting to say the least. I still think it would be of benefit if they had an English version for sporting events - the majority of viewers of these games don’t speak the language (myself included), you could offer a 10 minute segment at HT doing an Intro to Gaelic and try and teach non speakers words or phrases. Try and use your biggest viewing figures and increase interest/knowledge of the language - I get this won’t have a huge impact but with how low the numbers of Gaelic speakers are, it can’t do any harm?

Is this similar to how Welsh language S4C is on iPlayer yet is technically a commercial broadcast channel? FWIW S4C do have a red button option for English commentary when they broadcast the Welsh club games, I’m guessing there’s nothing actually stopping Alba from doing the same aside from cost/effort.

If a game is 0-0 at HT both teams should be forced to remove a defender and play with 10 men for the second half. This is a daft rule I’ve just made up but this game fucking needs it.

Police are absolutely useless in regards to dog attacks. My dog met a wee cocker pup (my dogs a 4 year old springer who adores pups) and both were playing on the lead when a lassie lost control of her Rottweiler which then attacked my dog and bit me. police turned up the next morning and stated (swear this is true) ‘well, I cannae arrest a dog’ and that was the end of it. I complained and they apologised and promised to investigate - nothing happened so I provided the location of the lassies work - nearby industrial estate - still nothing. my next door neighbours boyfriend actually stays in the same building as the owner and so advised the police of this - still got nowhere. I complained further and someone at the police equivalent of higher level complaints agreed to issue an appeal via social media for the owner of the cocker puppy to come forward. no appeal was ever made. I also met the cocker owner about 3 weeks after promised appeal and advised her of this. So she went direct to the police station who told her they wouldn’t even log this. I made a further complaint which would now be about a year after the original incident asking why they refused to take the witness info, given they had agreed. It’s been over 3 months and I have had absolutely zero response. to say I’m fucked off with the police would be a massive understatement at this point…

As someone who doesn't drive or cycle, frankly your both as bad as each other. Cars not indicating is big annoyance for me, especially as if the don't indicate I will assume its fine to cross the road only to watch as they turn rather go straight on and look at me as if i'm in the wrong for assuming they'd understand what you're supposed to do at a Junction. Cyclists - get a bell and fucking use it. The other week i was out with the dog and one speeds right up behind me with no warning and nearly runs my dog over. I don't have eyes on the back of my head and you don't have a bloody engine to hear - if you let me know you're coming i'll pull the dog over to the side of the path. Oh and if you are going to try and lecture people on the rules of the road - maybe don't cycle the wrong way down a one way fucking street... - twice that's happened
