    Don’t think fans can self police on this one or it’ll end up in fight. It’s up to the club to stop him hanging it, which after how he posed with it on Saturday they should be able to do. If they don’t choose to act then we’re stuck with it. Suspect it’ll be at away games regardless.

    If the owner had just hung it at games then the club would not have been able to do anything, but by posing with it alongside terrorist, sectarian flags pre-match he has handed the club a perfectly valid reason to bin it at home games. The Board get the power of social media so allowing something that’s gonna damage the reputation of the club is a no-brainer.

    That picture now has over 300,000 views on Twitter. That’s a lot of people potentially thinking we’re now some sort of Rangers tribute act. All because of one sectarian ‘supporter’. Would like to see the new Board take a bit of a stand on this as well as on the young team invading the pitch at full time. We’re a community club, not a home for sectarian bigots and wannabe pavement dancers.

    Fucking hell. That second half was a mess until Morton equalised. What a goal from Smith. Definite man of the match. Not pretty but 3 points secured. On to Easter Road.

    Scrappy game. Started on fire as usual, but after going 2-0 up we’ve looked a bit pedestrian. Morton goal was a cracking header. Couldn’t really see what happened at the penalty but really picky ref so there’s no way there won’t be a sending off. Just hope it’s not for us. Liking the look of Hamilton, really offers something different to the last few seasons. Fingers crossed for the second half.

    Brilliant at the end there. On 80 minutes I’d written us off as the same old Rovers, but what a finish.

    We started on fire and have had good moments. Just can’t make them count.

    Aside from the score, it’s been a cracking open game of football. Probably should be 6-4 not 2-0. And fair play to Kingsley taking part in the minutes silence. Wonderfully surreal.

    Our defence is going to kill us. Been absolute pish at both goals. Murray isn’t up to match fitness and shouldn’t be playing. Fucking injuries has forced him in. We’ve also missed a few sitters here. Murray and Hamilton. We seem to be punting it long more down the right. Not sure if that’s a new tactic. Hopefully better in the second half but not hopeful.

    This already feels like an early test of our credentials. Not been easy at Firhill in recent games so to go there and come back with a win or even a draw would be a great statement of intent. With a full squad I’d fancy us but would happily take a point given our injuries. Colin Weir stand is grim, far prefer when we’re in the Jackie Husband.

    Brilliant! Well done to the management and team. Thought it was gone after that penalty defeat to the Pars. Was wrong.
