    I'm pretty sure that pish is widespread, I was charged about a quarter of £3,200 for a few dozen tiles and ridge tiles, the following week the council send out 2 of their own with a ladder to carry out similar work across the road, "we followed all the procedures is all they'll say", £6,000 to £8,000 for a full roof and SAC think it's fine to spend £3,200 on repairs on a roof that's like a pound of mince.

Too many wage thieves in that section of the industry.
