Buchanan is miles better for our team than Spence. His movement and touch are first class. Spence tries hard.

Don't know why we bother with them, when the manager is against them. Surely its his call?

New goalie - meh Full-backs - both reasonable use of the ball and rarely caught out of position. Bene - wanted to foul people all day (mostly not needed) Davo - stupid booking, getting slower every month Midfield worked well as a unit and good distribution. Buchanan - excellent, excellent movement Spence - tried hard Overall teamwork - we bossed the game, kept possession when required, harried East Fife when required. Scored 5 goals. Teamwork was greater than the sum of the individual parts. Most pleasing.

I've seen the last 4 games and I'm optimistic about our chances of bouncing straight back up. The manager has us well organized and all the players know what is expected of them. The enthusiasm of the players is also a great plus. When our midfield get the ball down and their heads up then the runs of Buchanan, Spence and Barr are easy to link up with and hard to defend against. #Roaringback

What went wrong? Or what were you doing good on?

85 on a windy day, playing on a really hard course (Muriwai). Less 14 handicap left me 1 under par. Only 3 putted once and only 1 double bogey - so all-in-all a good day

I've been playing a lot recently and been getting steady scores. Can't get down to a single figure handicap though . Still it's winter here, so maybe once the good weather comes.
