I will bet you there's a reddit community frequented by enthusiasts for that kind of thing... Have a search of reddit for vinyl and jukebox etc

I do have a good few from the late 90s but these types of things seem redundant in the online era. In the offline age I liked it in the absence of anything else, finding and expanding my taste in music - but something so big and broad is never going to go very deep/specialised.
It does/did have that strong vibe of the promotional space it equates to bring bought and paid for like the brits or mercury prize and - spot on above - the fear of saying much negative.
The business model of a £5 magazine to tell you Chris Martin's favourite colour / that QOTSA took drugs / Rammstein at Wembley arena 4 stars ... was probably lucky to outlive Woolworths and blockbuster

(Clark) can be quite a muddled communicator at times and often lacking in nuance (though still better than the club's de facto owner, John Sim) as seen with some of his statements in these last few months. I don't think his 50:50 comment makes a whole load of sense. I think he's saying he doesn't know which way it'll go which is fair enough, but I dont think trying to append any ststistical chance to it is really useful.
He could do with saying a lot less, especially (but not only) about legal proceedings.

I assume Rovers, Utd and to some extent Cove want to have a voice should there be a sense that the other 37 clubs are intimidated by a possible compensation liability to Hearts - as promoted teams we would have a stronger case for compensation ourselves and would pursue it, in the unlikely event the promotions were reversed.

I think the costs were publicised? Unwelcome but far from existential.
Hearts don't have a case against the league, far less us, and we would have a more valid claim for compensation if denied a promotion already awarded: so it's nothing to be too concerned about.

Watson's all right.
Whittaker would be fine but won't be cheap and we would need to be building a team around anyone costing what he will. Would rather it was Vaughan and Hendry we did that with.

Big fan of Spiritualized 'Let it Come Down'. That band/guy seems to always wrote with religious metaphors for experiences that are basically drugs... I sometimes wonder how the choir singers feel about being part of this but since it's thoroughly barrie maybe it's easier to live with.
It's not the best song on the record but the best example: absolutely huge

Van de Kamp was outrageously good at stopping one on ones but clearly wasn't the whole package

Every other club would be feeling exactly the same way if it happened to them and, if money permitted, would be going down exactly the same road. Let’s not forget the season was ended early and relegations handed out. Regardless of whether they had been shit all season they still had enough games left to survive. Whether they have conducted themselves appropriately or not since doesn’t change that.I'm not saying this is a daft point - it's obviously a fairly popular one.
But every season has the potential to be cut short in unexpected circumstances, like a war or a natural disaster. You'd probably got pandemic continuity planning at your work that you never thought you'd need.
Accordingly the league rules state that the season is over when the league says it is. The league decided democratically to say it was finished.
The same rules define champions as being the team placed first when the season ends. Logically the team in last position is... last.
If the season was abandoned, you wouldn't have relegation or champions. But it wasn't abandoned, it was declared finished - by rules and mechanisms Hearts and Thistle approved of previously.
What are they going to say in court? Please intervene it's not fair?

Lads, I’ve just come into your sight, I’m not a Raith supporter but I’m a fife man and I’m really concerned that Raith either get denied promotion or have to find the funds to fight a legal case.
I think this isn’t good news
They have no chance of success, none at all. They just want a siege mentality in their own support they can cash in on.
Don't worry about it.

Air did the Virgin Suicides soundtrack after Moon Safari. Playground Love was the single, with vox by 'Gordon Trax' which was the singer from Phoenix.
It's probably Air's best record as it caught them right in between peak Gainsbourg and Pink Floyd.
Honestly, seek it out.
That Ry Cooder ost for Paris Texas is good as well.
And all the Joe Hisaishi ones for Kitano films, Sonatine etc, proper decent

The 4 0 Clyde game was awful, but kind of useful for resetting expectations or maybe our sense of what kind of club we were. Big reality check. I remember our fans applauding their third or fourth goal and still being young enough to not really have seen that before.

Usher Hall fine for a sedate listen, less suited to something raucous.

Galloway was American if I remember right. Never really made a mark but obviously seen as solid enough getting 8 appearances

Kent Bergersen? Yeah he was good. Can't remember any other decent Norwegian tho, certainly not Odd Arild.
Was Vetle Anderson any good? Can't remember
Vetle divided opinion I think. Classy left peg but one of our slowest ever players?

I don't love the strip, but I don't see any swastikas or union flags or that, so I can get on with my life.
You'll never please everyone, and I suppose it's good that it's at least out there and people are talking about it and able to pre order. Club has been in worse states than that.
We'll all want it if it becomes the 'cup run strip' or the promotion strip.
Nice socks tbf

Do you still think that Davo should play for us then?
Don't recall him doing anything grave enough to get time?

Listening to The Terrace’s premiership team of the season. Both contributors took Scotland cap Declan Gallagher in one of the CB positions. Mind when our fans hounded him out of training with us when he was on day release? That went well.
Don't think anyone said he wasn't good and getting better. Prefer Good Egg FC tbh and so do you surely!

I remember that being basically comical how bad the weather was and how hard it was to see. Knew it was 3 0 and Crawford scored but no more.
Also mind a guy singing 'stormy weather' about 17 times, because the first time it got a minor laugh...
