  1. I got a ticket for the gza in april, no plans until then. Trail of Dead playing Madonna was a maybe but i've got an actual 11s fixture that night and absolutely must get humiliated and injured one more time before i'm too old

  2. 6 gigs in 5 days for me starting tonight (the joys of Celtic Connections).

Ronnie Spector & The Ronettes tonight, Songhoy Blues tomorrow, Rachel Sermanni on Friday, Death Cab for Cutie on Saturday, then Hazy Recollections (with Barrie-James O’Neill & Megan Airlie) and The Delines on Sunday.
Was actually pondering Death Cab just to see The Beths in support. Probably not but try and see them imho

  3. Dingwall isn’t Armstrong’s replacement.

We were already told that he’s ideally wanting 3 wingers to fight for those places.

Flanagan, Dingwall and Armstrong are the 3 at the minute.

He’s also told us that Armstrong still has the offer on the table but if he doesn’t sign, we’ll be back in the market for another winger.
I like the sound of that actually. If the clock runs down and no one comes in for Armstrong he'll maybe sign - they've supposedly met his demands, mind - and then if any of the three doesn't lift a leg then they won't play. Fine really.
  4. As far as i'm aware there is only one room, it's a newish venue located across the river behind centraal station you need to take the ferry, are you maybe thinking of the Paradiso just off Leidseplein?
Great show he played his new album in full then a selection of tunes from his solo stuff
Oh aye, I was - I'm a long time off the circuit!
Need to see Gruff on his own one of these days

  5. Whit???
The performer called Gza/Genius will be performing at St. Luke's, Glasgow, in April. It is under £20 for an early bird ticket. All the best parsing this new and improved contribution.
