Played it a couple of times years ago, scudded the clubhouse with a horrible hook on the last. I can remember watching the ball in the air thinking there's a lot of glass in that building, and praying that the ball hit stone instead, which fortunately it did.

Foley a victim of his own stupidity. It's not as if he has anything to think about, his only option is to boot it into touch as far up the park as he thinks he can get. You can see his teammates are worried that the ref is going to take action and are urging him to boot it away. It's technically a correct decision, but one that should be happening much more often, especially in the closing stages of games.

If the ref has told him that when he blows to restart the clock, then you better be ready to kick it, then the Aussies have little to moan about. Especially when the ref has only stopped the clock because he was wasting time.
