  1. A bit of a minter for Armitage, Willett and Min Woo Lee last night as they lost to Thomas Bjorn in the Hero Challenge held at Topgolf Dubai.
  2. Rugby Union is a stop/start game by it's nature with scrums and lineouts etc, but they really need to do something to increase the amount of time the ball is in play. Here's the stats from Twickenham and Murrayfield from the weekend.
  3. Saw quite a lot of it during nightshift. Scoring a game killing 40 yard TD on a 4th and 5 was particularly hilarious. Amazing the difference a couple of players can make, having a functioning run game was a huge plus. Big improvement by the defense too, Al-Shair seemed to be everywhere at one point.
  4. I'd love the 49ers to win comfortably, but I will pish myself if they win by 3 or less.
  5. I have no idea what is going on. 49ers lead 14-0.
  6. Ian St. John was the original when Aberdeen scored the winner against Real Madrid in the Cup Winners Cup final.
  7. Great performance and result. Dykes certainly has something to offer at times, but I felt we played better football without him in these last two games when there was no temptation just to launch it in his general direction.
  8. The latest Seve documentary that is free to watch on Rakuten TV is very good. Didn't expect Bernhard Langer to be the guy that would have me cutting onions.
  9. https://www.bunkered.co.uk/golf-news/scots-pro-retains-european-tour-card-but-only-just 9 Scots keep their cards by rankings, Gallacher still has his exemption, and Ferguson and Howie step up from the Challenge Tour. Only MacIntyre, Hill and Forrest in the field for the season ending DP World Tour Championship this week though with the top 50 on the Road to Dubai qualifying. There are a few outside the top 50 in the field due to no shows by higher ranked players, Jon Rahm being one of those opting not to travel. Richie Ramsay is next Scot on the list at 74th place, no chance he will get in.
  10. Jason Kokrak won the Houston Open. Shout out to Martin Trainer who finished tied 5th. Current world number 1310th, having only made the cut three previous times this year.
  11. Don't think so, he was in the entry list for this week under a Category 3 exemption.
  12. Gallacher had a win in 2019, don't know if that came with any kind of exemption.
  13. Because that's the FIA's rules for everyone in the paddock. It's not really that hard to understand.
  14. 91 from 60 balls needed for the Aussies with only 1 wicket lost. Going to need some effort from the Kiwi bowlers to stop them.
  15. Good start for Australia as they limit NZ to 32-1 in the powerplay.
  16. Well deserved 40 for Rhys. Sometimes wonder if the judges are watching the same dance, Sara struggled badly for the last 15-20 seconds of that.
