(Get the Hovis ad music on in the background) When I were a lad, anything around 225-230 was seen as a very good 50 over score. You would never win a game with that now.

Match halved, great effort from Robert MacIntyre. Tactically though I thought he made a mistake not conceding the 16th when DJ had two putts to win it. DJ rolling the eagle putt in gives him a bigger lift going on to the next tee than he would have got from a concession.

It's debatable if he has ever been bothered in this as he has never made it out of the group.

Bob missed a good chance to win 13 after DJ chunked a chip. Still 1 up.

Some of the stats being thrown about sound good but don't bear up to scrutiny. E.g. it was being bandied about yesterday that Poulter had 6 birdies and an eagle, but 3 of the birdies were times he was told just to pick his ball up because he had 2 or more putts to win the holes. DJ won 12 to bring it back to 1 down.

And MacIntyre should win the 11th after he found the green and DJ found the water. Edit: and he does, but he needed both putts after DJ almost chipped in for par. 2 up thru 11.

The thing that jumped out for me was that World Rugby would also provide "administrative support". I'm taking that to mean that they will be putting people in place to account for every penny.
