This is pretty much me. I usually make a couple of away games and about two thirds of home games. Only away game I’ve been to so far is Hibs away; August in the sunshine.
Cant see me heading to Livi on Saturday. I ticked Almondvale off the grounds list when we played them in the Scottish Cup in 2020.
A definite positive is the crowd situation this season. When was the last time we had crowds like that in December and mid-January?
Will they last or is this a one season wonder?
We seem to fall to bits every year around Christmas time now. I suppose that beats the clocks go back years.
On a positive note, 3500 there today. That’s crazy. Last season that would have been 1500-1600. Flip side of that was the atmosphere was absolutely flat. Still, finding 2000 additional fans who’ll turn up for run of the mill league fixtures is pretty remarkable.
Aye, that wasn't great. Too many key players missing, players out of position, and it just wasn't happening. A big crowd but the atmosphere was really flat.
I missed the last half hour cause I had to pick my daughter up. I hoped when the subs came on for us we’d make a better fist of it and get a goal. Obviously wasn’t to be. Injuries and suspensions looking to be de-railing our season.
Aye, McNeil had been good so far. Good save from Todorov before the goal.
We started well and lasted about 10 mins on the front foot, but it’s been all Airdrie since then.
Now, the question is, do we make up bits of A4 with ‘4 in a row’ on them, like the Pars fans did in our last relegation season back in ‘97. I’m not that petty, but others may be.
