    My old man fucking hates Derek Johnstone because back in the 70's when my Dad played for Jeanfield Swifts, they were playing DJ's brothers team in Dundee (Lochee?) and the fat c**t ate the entire platter of after match sandwiches.....my Dad bares(bears) a grudge!

    That's the terminology I was looking for! You're right though mate, jogging (or most other forms of exercise for that matter) can really get your head back into a place of well being. Like you say, get jogging......gets/keeps the weight off too!

    Same here in Japan with all the vending machines that even sell alcohol. Back home they'd be dragged off in the back of a van. It's nice that there's a lack of scumbags around here.
