    I have.....I remember a couple of years back I was suffering from constipation so I bought the chocolate laxative and mis-read "segment" for "bar"......woke up just in time to get my arse on the pan before the explosion!

    I thought he struggled last season when he played regularly but he's done well when he's come into the team this year......I'd put him behind Jordan McGhee in the pecking order at Centre Half though.

    Fcuked with the cold. Currently doped up with lemsip, ibuprofen, red hot chilli enfused food & copious amounts of water whilst under the covers with a hot water bottle. I won't be beaten!

    I remember my Sister taking our Mum to the Ice Factory circa 2000.......they'd been watching the 6 Nations Rugby in the pub during the day.....I ended up just chatting & drinking with them in the outside courtyard bit!
