Its where I, like mhak recommended healthy eating, cutting down portion sizes and increasing regular exercise but where I said I had found IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE apple cider vinegar tablets helped me lose weight.....only my opinion and may or may not be the equivolent of a placebo but Reich Furher mhak isn't happy hence he's come hunting for me. They do require maintaining. If you have a boat on any of British Waterways canals the boat needs to have a valid BSC which lasts for 4years.
