  1. He got pretty lightly tbh, nobody made much of the egging on stuff and he’ll easily be able to talk Liberty down from the whole sexual attraction chat because the poor girl is into him. He’s a genuine weirdo tho, you could see the veins pumping when that was on the screen. Matthew and Toby are the only good ones in there, the former just not giving a f**k and the latter just floating along with barely a thought in his head.
  2. A career as a T20 gun bowler awaits, I suspect. England really short of pace for the Ashes now, I’d take a look at Mahmood
  3. Can’t wait to see everyone gets up to Casa Amor next time since this series has shown you can pretty much hit the reset button with no consequences
  4. And all of the girls were lapping it up, unbelievable
  5. French lad losing his head in a super heavyweight fight (although his bloody head was the problem in the first place)
  6. Do we have any realistic medal hopes in the athletics? We’ve had Farah, Ennis etc who have come in previous years as genuine gold medal contenders but this time around, it feels as if we’ve scraping the barrel a touch. I don’t really follow athletics week in, week out to know however.
  7. Can’t wait for the queues as people have to carefully unscrew their Diet Coke in front of the stewards, just in case we felt tempted to launch the bottle tops over the 30 feet gap in the stand to the away support
  8. Not that the loss of Aiden Cassidy particularly mitigated things, but surely we have something up our sleeve for another CB? Even if you believe in the option we have there - and let's face it, very few do - then we've got to have a fourth body in there to cover suspensions etc?
  9. What a lad, the shithousery on full display now
  10. The Welsh seethe over no Williams and Adams in the squad is well underway
  11. I’ve pretty much given up on the stream, taken pics to show the current screen and will ask for a refund. Good to see that OF bribe hasn’t gone to operating a working stream system
  12. And there was me hoping to see some Scots in the test match XV . I know he’s likely to start but Conor Murray
  13. Morikawa seems to be hitting all of his seconds from about 80 yards in the middle of the fairway, unreal.
  14. As I said before, it also helps us out because it means we can have Cuddihy as an option for RB without having to drop him as a starting midfielder. Another CB and a LB and things will look OK. An attacking option to replace Robinson as well is likely, wonder if we’ll go for a loan for that? A Jamieson level signing is probably optimistic but that’s what we could get with shrewd work.
  15. I was worried that Airdrie would sign him after Sunday or that someone else would nick him Would be typical for Clyde
  16. On the whole, I’ve been pleasantly surprised so far by what I’ve seen, but I’m conscious that we looked pretty good last pre-season and look where that ended up. Midfield looks tidy with Gomis and Splaine keeping possession and keeping things ticking over and if we could get the deal over the line for Kennedy - I’m now worried we’ll be beaten to his signature in classic Clyde fashion - then that’s three good options in there. Cuddihy could offer the fourth option while also providing more than adequate cover at RB. Upfront I like what we have as well - although mainly because of the established guys starting well. You can see the difference in DGW’s movement from the end of the season and both Cunningham and particularly Love have started brightly. The three signings have yet to fully convince tbh, Jones offers a different option and I’d like to see him with DGW to see how that partnership works. McGrath and Robinson haven’t really impacted much, other than a nice run from the latter in the closing stages of the Airdrie game. Andrew produced a lovely ball for the third but as said above, think he’s going to be a project. There are still major reservations about the back line for me. Balatoni and particularly Page have pleasantly surprised me but there will be tougher tests to come and we badly need depth across both centre back and full back positions. Signing Kennedy could allow Cuddihy to cover - or possibly start - at RB but we’ve only really got Livingstone on the other side because I don’t trust Docherty as anything other than emergency back up across various positions for a few spot starts. I’d like to see us loan a young LB and potentially a decent CB prospect as well and that would shore things up. Imagine we still had Lang/Howie and Otoo?
  17. Can’t wait to see Danny hoisting the Broadwood Cup like the Henri Delaunay
  18. Heartbreaking stuff If it is him - and I tend to agree off that picture - then he’s a player I always really liked and thought had great potential, he’s just made of tissue paper.
  19. Owen Andrew sounds like one of those made up PES players
