  1. But it’s my intent being questioned not that of other posters
  2. Where else on this forum would I post them if not on our own thread? Seems the most appropriate place
  3. It must feel like the blitz every time you come on this forum these days
  4. Why would you be surprised? That sounds like a typical Aberdeen away result anyway
  5. If it was a gotcha to the rest of the league I would have started my own thread like most of the attention whores do. I posted it in a Celtic thread which is supposed to be a place for Celtic fans to discuss Celtic related things. Their financials so happen to be one such thing You have the option to ignore us and avoid our thread but you don’t in fact you seem to seek out opportunities to come in, take umbrage with everything and whine like f**k. Everyone needs a hobby I suppose
  6. Imagine you being the first to comment on Celtics healthy financials. I really wish I had the foresight to have predicted such an unlikely event
  7. Pretty fair assessment imo. We weren’t given the time normally afforded to us at home. St Mirren also didn’t change how they played going 1-0 down, trusted the system and were in the game. It was by all means a frustrating watch until the pen
  8. Bit silly not to acknowledge the impact the penalty and red card had in that score I thought their support were great but just not for that minute where a small number of the ultra crew decided to sing about something that really shouldn’t be leveraged imo but I can do that as I’m also pretty critical about our fans choice of songbook especially at away games.
  9. I don’t expect you to watch every Celtic game however the handball against ORiley against Ross County is a fucking minter as one example
  10. Thought we were pretty poor in first half with the exception of Maeda who was everywhere it seems. The away fans made good noise for the full game despite the result however let themselves down a little with their choice of song around the 80th minute. Not seen the handball yet however the time it took to make any decision was silly however it was clearly the turning point for the match as St Mirren we’re pretty organised till that point

  12. Football is a spectator sport which by its very definition should be entertaining however It baffles you that people enjoy watching a successful football team who regularly win trophies, who play attacking and attractive football and play regularly in Europe where they play against some equally and very often more entertaining teams than ourselves? What is baffling is that someone with the level of disdain that you have for Celtic spends all their time talking about them.
  13. Ironic considering your now removed contribution to the match thread. Hopefully you are emptied from this forum soon
  14. Isn’t it his job to spend the fans money and deliver them what they want? He does that well and with a tidy overall net spend that keeps us profitable as a club
  15. The one you quoted was wrong so here is a 3rd source directly from IFAB themselves. Pay particular attention to the part that says open play, a throw in is a dead ball situation so once restarted cannot be reviewed, the review starts from the point the player receives a ball from a throw in. Don’t worry Joey, I’ll keep you right https://www.theifab.com/laws/latest/video-assistant-referee-var-protocol/#procedures For decisions/incidents relating to goals, penalty/no penalty and red cards for denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity (DOGSO), it may be necessary to review the attacking phase of play which led directly to the decision/incident; this may include how the attacking team gained possession of the ball in open play The Laws of the Game do not allow restart decisions (corner kicks, throw-ins etc.) to be changed once play has restarted, so they cannot be reviewed
  16. VAR will not intervene in those scenarios What about a restart, like a corner or goal kick? It's against VAR protocol for any standard restart to be reviewed (the exception is a penalty kick). Decisions on such incidents can only be made by the on-pitch referee. So, on a goal kick the VAR cannot rule on encroachment by an attacking player, nor can it rule on the ball being within the quadrant on a corner Also from the same Premier League site you referred to where a referee explains why https://www.premierleague.com/news/1833524
  17. Pause at 25 seconds exactly he is considerably onside when Jota plays the pass
  18. Hopefully the first made up for the second Congrats, hope your day went well
