  1. Email with the programme came out yesterday and the email with the digital version of the match day posters came out earlier in the week.
  2. Just happened to look at the post on Instagram and noticed they've updated the benefits from when they first emailed out about it to the development fund/supporters fund contributors. Did wonder why originally it was only going to be the International subscribers who would get the webinar Q&A. Originally, other than missing out on the signed posted, the International option made more sense to do than the Gold option.
  3. Millen's crossing was good as usual, but he was being given a fucking torrid time down that side today. Good point given we were missing Watson and Hamilton. Bit disappointing that we struggled to do much in the second half to get the crowd going. Although the ref seemed to be doing his best to get everybody riled up.
  4. Murray wanted a response after last week, and he's got one.
  5. We were pretty poor but who cares, the only thing that mattered today was finally getting a win and breaking the hoodoo. Job done, top of the league and my programme is still sitting under my seat as I got so carried away with actually beating ICT that I forgot to pick it up.
  6. Thought ICT started like a team low on confidence. Then we proceeded to try and help build their confidence for the next 45 minutes. They should be ahead and some good saves by Kev has kept it level. Hoping this is a repeat of last week and we come out for the second half like a different team.
  7. Pretty sure Ethan Ross gave away his shirt at the end of the game last week.
  8. First half was pretty much a write off with nothing really happening. But far better second half, Easton pretty much doing whatever he felt like down the wing. Thought Byrne was good too, he doesn't do anything spectacular but his calmness and experience is clear to see. Glad Hamilton got his goal, as a few minutes before it Vaughan had taken a quick free kick and put Hamilton clean through and the keeper saved his shot. But it was really one he should have been putting away, and I'd expect full of confidence he would do so it was good that he did get his goal shortly after. Hopefully Millen going off was nothing to worry about given we've no other natural RB to cover for him if he's out.
  9. Guessing we’ll either be recalling McNeil already or more than likely looking for a loan keeper given the injury to Thomson.
  10. Was thinking that, not much going on. Been impressed by Byrne filling gaps whenever anybody in the back four goes out of position. But says it all when that’s the most impressive thing I’ve noticed so far.
  11. Noticed that the Masters Cup is being shown on BBC Scotland on Saturday night, kicking off at 7pm. Still not as good as the Tennent's Sixes but it's going to have Murray playing for Hibs and Mickey playing for Hearts.
  12. The quality of content the club is putting out recently is off the charts. Grace, the new digital marketing exec, was in the stands before the game interviewing fans just in front of me, so I'm guessing that'll be going up soon too, or might be part of something else they're going to be doing.
  13. There's a longer clip on Facebook. It can be summed up as Liam Dick jumps on people celebrating, Liam Dick yells in celebration and lastly Liam Dick sings about Lewis Vaughan
  14. I don't think Kev went to punch the ball, watching the highlights he's clearly went to catch it but just messed up. Guessing he's either been caught out by the bounce off the pitch (which you'd doubt as he trains on it everyday), or he's had one eye on their striker expecting to be clattered and ended up misjudging where the ball was. Or a combo of the two. It happens though. On the Friday night I'd watched a YouTube video of goalkeeping howlers featuring some of the best keepers in the world making absolute basic errors and costing their teams goals.
  15. Bizarre game. As much as it wasn't fun seeing Queens Park with so much of the ball second half we were pretty comfortable, but it did feel like we thought the hard stuff was already done and that we'd hit them on the counter at some point. Then Kev decides to make a complete of arse of things and we reverted to the Rovers of old and lost all sense of composure and made yet more arse ups to give them a second. Without doubt, last season that would have been game over, or we'd have went on to concede again. But this team seem to have something about them now, helped by the fact we actually have talent on the bench to bring on when things are going bad. But that ending was mental. Crazy to think we're joint top with 10 points and arguably we haven't really played well in any game so far this season.
  16. Fucking hell. Don’t think my heart will last the season if we keep doing things like this.
  17. Oooft. That ain’t going to help the people who already don’t think much of Kev.
  18. Agree the red card seemed harsh, was a long way out and Hamilton isn’t exactly the most speedy so I have my doubts he’d have got through on goal without one of their defenders catching him. But it’s one of those where he’s given the ref a decision to make when I don’t think he needed to do it. Queens Park are playing some nice stuff but we’ve seemed fairly comfortable and I can’t remember Kev having any saves to make. If they keep playng the way they are at the back you’ve got to think we’ll get another goal or two.
  19. Some fantastic crosses from Millen and we’re not taking advantage of them.
  20. Our goal was very reminiscent of Vaughans diving header against the Pars. Millen’s ball into space for Stanton to run onto was perfect. Queens Park having a lot of the ball so far, and we seem quite content to let them have it.
  21. Bold choice leaving Dick on the bench. I know Murray and the other players were all praising McGill last week, so guessing Murray has decided that as McGill didn’t do anything wrong he keeps the shirt. Noticed Corr walking about without the moonboot, him and Connolly walking down to the tunnel together like Little and Large.
  22. Also helps that Murray is putting together a squad that can adapt to different things. McGlynn put together a team that could only play one style of football. When that worked it looked great, but when it didn’t work we were fucked. This squad though can still do the pretty passing stuff but also do the dirty throw yourself in front of everything defending stuff when needed. And the result is we pick up points even if we’re not playing all that well.
  23. Ten minutes into the walk from my house to East End and been called Rovers scum four times
  24. Yeah he’ll get better. He’s got his weak points but that was always going to be the case bringing in a younger keeper. No doubts that Robbie will be well aware Kevs kicking is an area he needs to improve on and quickly. All this is why it was so important to get two experienced CBs in front of him. A young keeper with two experienced CBs in front of him you can work with. But having a young keeper with an equally young CB pairing in front of him would have been a disaster. Also think after today that Millen will be making sure the ball boys know what’s expected of them. He was not impressed with them quickly chucking the balls to Morton players for throw ins and corners.
  25. Seen that in the highlights too. Murray did say last season that he thought he'd got to the bottom of our injury problems. Little did we know it's cause Easton gets carried away and just starts kicking our own players when he gets excited.
