  1. Yeah, this. If I'm Robinson, I'm waiting to take the Hibs job in December.
  2. Honestly, I'd be fucking raging. No point even pretending otherwise.
  3. I can't see a double touch on any of the penalty footage. I feel, based on what we can see, and the balance of probability given the way the player moves, the ball moves, and Miovski behaves afterwards, that it probably happened. But VAR can't overrule that. It's very similar to the goal Vs Dundee that probably crossed the line. I believe it did, but who can really say? All this points to the fact that we HAVE to question the value of VAR. There is a true lottery in terms of what it can/can't see. Perhaps the authorities should draw the line and admit we can only afford Diet VAR at best, and say it can only deal with offsides.
  4. It's a crap state of affairs when you go to all that trouble to make the penalty taker kick the ball into his own foot and VAR doesn't even spot it.
  5. Too fucking right. Packed stadium, mad decisions, St Mirren actually bringing it in the top flight instead of shitfesting and playing for survival. 12 goals in our three league games so far. Fans of other teams* flocking to our threads. Accusations of everyone being raging. The term 'box office' was mocked, rightly or wrongly, so let's just say it's at least been really fucking entertaining and if we can't all embrace that then I'm not sure why we're here. * Except Morton. Not sure what happened to those guys because they were all over our threads about a month ago.
  6. Not really. I'm happy to focus on the positives. We dominated a significantly more expensive squad who required a fluke free kick and a 98th minute penalty that should have been chalked off to escape with a point. Well done for doubling your points tally for the season but I know who should be more worried.
  7. That is somewhat contradictory. Surely the fact we should have won at a canter suggests we reached a certain level of performance... perhaps our finishing wasn't good enough?
  8. Imagine the hassle you'd face, having to un-bookmark our thread and bookmark theirs instead.
  9. So nobody notices we've named a suspended player on the bench.
  10. For those of us who haven't been paying attention, how full strength is that, out of 10?
  11. You have to assume the authorities are looking at Lee Johnson on the same basis.
  12. Think they've said he'll be fit in October but when he's first team ready is anyone's guess after that. He's not a hugely pacey player so fingers crossed his game won't be overly affected.
  13. As I was posting that, I was wondering if Robbo might pull a shock and start Toyosi for his pace against a side that will actually try to play football. But I think Kiltie - Mandron - McMenamin is the preferred look at the moment.
  14. I hope Welldaft gets the help he needs. Anyway, looking at the scorer odds... Bookies as clued up as ever on the Scottish game, with Miovski coming in at longer odds than two guys who are unlikely to start.
  15. Cheers. Tough to call the result but fancy Miovski any time, BTTS and Charles Dunne to get booked if he plays.
  16. Dons fans - reckon McGrath is likely to start? And who takes your penalties normally? Got a strong feeling for penalties and cards tomorrow.
