Good luck Darvel!Its a mega game and will be tougher I think than Aberdeen!

Think Falkirk will be too streetwise this time for Darvel and the shock/surprise element won’t be there again…but who knows…

Beith are the form team and look like real contenders too-three way contest now between Darvel ,Beith and Auchinleck and I think it may well end up in that order come the end of the season but who knows.

Very poor defensive display from Lok but Hurlford are very well organised,tight at the back and quick on the break up front so all credit to them.

Including the guy all over the Aberdeen forums declaring that every WOSFL side was a Social Club Team and not worthy of acknowledgement….

If you aren’t at the front you aren’t going to see anything unfortunately-can’t recall if the other end is “one deep” as well but suspect it is flat too albeit at pitch level

I do hope Darvel do well as it is an incredible draw and experience.If they pull it off I think that will be the biggest shock ever in Scottish football. I know I would love to have seen Lok face Aberdeen at Newlandsfield that’s for sure

Presumably both will get nothing and no replay as can’t see what else can be done.

They are a very small club in an artificial position propped up by one individuals money and that shows when it comes to things like this-they will however do everything possible to make the most of it while the money is there

It’s an interesting one-having a home tie certainly gives Darvel a chance but you can’t help but think that there has to be too much of a gulf.Who knows

If Darvel do beat Aberdeen it would have to be one of the biggest shocks of all time in the Scottish Cup

Easy street for Clydebank.Getting the results consistently at the moment.

I thought that Kilwinning were decent against us and as ever was a hard game down there.We had the lead but were pegged back and under pressure at points albeit it ended up a draw.Felt that day Kilwinning would be stuffy for any side to play against but having seen recent heavy defeats not sure if our game was one of their best performances?

The classic problem which grounds like East Kilbride,Maryhill/Petershill(to a degree) and various others have had over the years-one deep in many sections as you just can’t see anything otherwise and even then you can’t see down touch lines at certain points of the ground.

The ground has improved thanks to Mr Gall but I can’t see that the big slope section can safely accommodate any more than a couple of hundred people behind a fence one deep

Is that the guy Boyd? yes never ever understood how you can move between clubs at our level as to me once you follow a club you really invest in them as your local team win lose or draw. From memory did the guy at Clydebank who was the Chairman not do the same when he jumped ship to Kilbirnie?

What is it that is currently being done at the ground -is it being re-terraced?

It is a huge risk selling a ground with no relocation deal in place at the time as you say.

What is the delay in communicating the decision?Rob Roy must be sick of all of this.I had thought they had a joint stake in the actual new development but if not can see why the Council feel they have a free hand in making a decision which might not benefit KRR.
