  1. Many people have already made this point, but thank you for your contribution.
  2. We needed a maverick German whose teams don't know how to defend.
  3. Jesus fucking christ. Why could you daft Dundee b*****ds not just keep him.
  4. Anywhere in the Central Belt west of Baberton is a suburb of Glasgow m8.
  5. I've seen the petition. "WHUT UR YE GOIN TAE COURT WI???" Quite a lot, my simple friends.
  6. Sadly, the malign influence of Celtic pervades the upper echelons of the Scottish legal community. More evidence: https://twitter.com/hey_legal/status/1272914188600516609?s=20
  7. The cretinous P&B hordes are quaking in their sambas at the thought of the Brothers of Destruction teaming up to lay waste to the competition.
  8. At least we can all agree that this saga is definitely more entertaining than Euro 2020 would have been.
  9. Considering the last time we troubled UEFA competiton we Conor Sammoned our way to embarrassment against Birkirkara, I doubt that's much of a factor for HMFC tbh m8.
  10. This is not a "gotcha" in the way that many of you seem to think it is. The past few weeks have proven beyond all reasonable doubt that there is no sense of "community" among Scottish football clubs. Therefore Dr Budge was naively proceeding on a cruelly flawed premise.
  11. I refer you to my earlier answer: you are very welcome to hire me to provide you with my Opinion on the arguments to be deployed, but I doubt you can afford me.
  12. f**k you - I am considerably taller than Leslie Deans, for a start.
  13. It is definitely equitable. Glad to have cleared things up for you.
  14. No no, my friend; you may find that all leagues have to "sit out" until HMFC has its day in court.
  15. For the avoidance of doubt, I will absolutely be in the latter camp.
  16. I am also aware that s27A(1)(b) of the Court of Session Act 1988, as amended by the 2014 Act you refer to, allows the court to extend that time period if it is equitable to do so.
  17. A petition for judicial review; I already told you. Beyond that, you are very welcome to hire me to provide you with my Opinion on the arguments to be deployed, but I doubt you can afford me.
  18. Oh dear, look at all those blithering jackanapes giving you greenies based on a completely false understanding of Scots law. Unlike England and Wales, Judicial Review is available in Scotland to review the actions of private bodies.
  19. A petition for Judicial Review has always been my assumption. I trust this clarifies matters. If you had the slightest chance of understanding the legal argument to be employed, you wouldn't be asking such a poorly-worded question.
