  1. Some decent races tomorrow at Haydock and Ascot. Vieux Lion Rouge is great value at 7/2.
  2. If you get nervous, just imagine the audience members are all homeless people's cups. You'll smash it, mate.
  3. Use of nae instead of "no" is incorrect for "no bad", "it's no that cold" and "that's nae happening." Use of nae instead of "no" is correct for "nae chance", "nae bother" and even "nae danger", though I don't use the latter myself.
  4. "It's nae that warm outside", "that's nae bad that", "he's nae very good." These are all incorrect uses of "nae." Either "not" or "no" should be used in these sentences, you Doric freak show.
  5. Aye. "Who's that?" = "fa's that?" The buses even have "fit like?" posters at the front. They use "nae" incorrectly as well.
  6. I'm told I've got a weegie accent just about every day up here. I think it'd because I use 'wh' correctly as opposed to using f; fit, fa etc.
  7. "Sunday Bloody Sunday, really encapsulates the frustration of a Sunday."
  8. I've had on/off spells on P&B the last couple of years, there's been a few things I've missed tbh. Anyone care to explain the mattydfc situation?
  9. Just noticed that mattydfc has been banned for saying something about children and Harvey Price, does anyone have a link to these?
  10. Thought so, couldn't find the relevant thread to just stuck it in here.
  11. Dunfermline to be winning at half time is even money at Coral. Playing bottom of the league Brechin. Not exactly free money but great value nonetheless.
  12. Surely, as a Cowdenbeath fan, you'll be used to a lack of fans now anyway?
  13. The increasing number of players getting booked for celebrating in front of opposition supporters.
  14. That U20s match won't worry me too much, they're generally doing pretty well against other 'bigger' teams.
  15. Aye, that's what the boy suggested. I'll give that a shot if I can get a hold of this cable.
  16. Ach, I've asked the new letting company if they have it, waiting on a response. Failing that, I'll just ask Sky to do as you've just described there.
  17. I think the phone line is dead, but we don't even have a landline phone/cable to plug in.
