Creme Egg advert seems to be getting a bit of gammon attention for featuring a two men kissing over a Creme Egg. Apparently it’s the first advert that has ever been mildly sexualised and people are up in arms over it. It has nothing to do with homophobia, though. Nope. Definitely not. A lot of Maude Flanders-types showing face as well.

There’s something about a journalist spending a couple of hours writing up a transfer rumour article to then have to delete it within a few minutes that is really fucking funny.

Soul (Disney+) is excellent.

It’s definitely bait. He knows that pictures of the border will attract a bit of attention, and he know exactly why. Soon he’ll post a picture of a ‘pub’ for it to turn out to be his own homemade bar. Or a picture with 2 or 3 people standing very close to each other, but it was taken last year.

It certainly looks like there has been at least one breach of the restrictions by either or both parties, but I get the impression the Queens board will see it as a bit of a ‘win’ for them if there hasn’t been. I think the whole ‘fans haven’t been to a game since March but we’ll let a random man and his family in because he’s relatively famous’ bit completely lost on them. That statement is astonishingly tone deaf and frankly pathetic.

If his replies on Twitter are anything to go by, that wouldn’t make a difference. He’s replying with the sheer arrogance and self-entitlement that you’d expect from a w**k with a blue tick. Whether he’s financially involved with the club or not is irrelevant, both he and the club are showing a real disregard for how important it is for punters to have missed out on the football in the last 9 months.

Aye I’m sure when some players were getting contracts offered in summer 2016, Allan Johnston just phoned him up and told him he wasn’t needing him. Given Falky’s contributions and commitment during admin etc it was pretty tasteless from AJ. Andy Rodgers’ meltdown was incredible. Got him a ban and everything, calling Fifers inbred wanks and Falky a cheating c**t etc. He somehow seems to think he has Pars fans on strings when in fact he just looked like a bitter wee fud who had a tantrum. The funny thing was he didn’t even play that day, sat watching it from the stands IIRC. Andy Geggan leathered him in the next game at EEP and got sent off. Glorious.

Eagerly waiting to hear what comes out of Stormont tonight. With the South (temporarily) stopping flights and boats (?) from the UK, the North could well be doing the same. Arlene Foster will want to score some staunch points by allowing travel but cancelling ferries and flights stops the new strain getting into Ireland at all. If Stormont doesn't decide to do that, the Irish Gov might have to make the controversial call to close the North/South border.

Is travelling to Norn Iron to provide care and support for someone who’s vulnerable and isolated essential? The travel ban has absolutely broken my girlfriend. Getting home to see her vulnerable mum has been the only think keeping them going for months now.
