  1. That is an absolutely terrible attempt.
  2. Lots of positives from a Sons point of view: The result/performance, with that line-up, was very good. They were pretty much full strength, whereas we were playing almost a reserve team. Meggison, I thought, looked pretty good, fast and good at dribbling. I feel we have lacked a fast striker who can dribble well for a while. McKerracher looked very good, took his goal well, beat a few players and also put in a shift defensively. Looks a very good prospect, hopefully he kicks on this year and gets himself in the first team. Smith - Looked decent, holds the ball up well and looks like he knows where the goal is. I would be very happy for us to sign him. I saw Graham and Fleming in the stand, might be injured; if so I hope it isn't serious. No sign of McDougall or Gils.
  3. http://www1.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/8798805/hibs-sign-former-hearts-player Both goals are shown at the end.
  4. After you are finished with him he really would stick out like a sore thumb.
  5. I searched 'Dumbarton' on twitter, and saw hundreds of Hibs fans, neutrals and Mr Leigh Griffiths saying they were going today, I think it could be an almost full Hibs end.
  6. I think it could be a pretty big crowd today, as BBPF said, it seems Hibs will bring a decent crowd and also I reckon we will see quite a lot of neutrals, with this being, I believe, the only game in Scotland today.
  7. kevin smith ‏@kevsmith19871h Looking forward to playing against hibs tomorrow In pre season friendly!! #hibeeshibees
  8. Could be using a phone with the space and full stop buttons close together.
  9. So, Stranraer in the challenge cup. It looks like we have the full team, apart from Linton, tomorrow.
  10. I agree, I can't remember a player with a better delivery than him. I reckon he could have played for a team like Thistle last season. No one cared about his lack of tracking back when we were at the top end of the league, he was high in confidence and he was beating his man every time and putting a brilliant ball in the box, most of the time. This season the team had been fighting for their lives and 100% was required, he didn't give this, and people were getting on his back from the start of the matches every week, he was low on confidence. He couldn't adapt his game to tracking back and being strong, which is required if a player of a team fighting at the bottom of the table. Ability wise I reckon he could be a First Division player, just needs to be better off the ball and grow some baws.
  11. He passed his personal trainer exam, but I don't think he has a job.
  12. Mark Lamont was outstanding for us in the second division, albeit he was pish last year. Creaney, the promotion season was average, he did however get a lot of unfair stick. He was probably our weakest guaranteed starter. This season, pre-Smith, left back was definitely our weak link, Creaney put in some absolutely horrendous displays.
  13. I don't think Turner has a "current job".
  14. The fixture bit on the OS says we are playing Brechin 'away' on the 16th, probably just a closed door in Glasgow or something.
  15. And Craig Gordon as our number 1, if East Fife don't sign him first.
  16. Preferable we need: A first choice: centre back, striker and maybe goalkeeper. Sub: centre mid and a winger/striker.
  17. From the Cowden thread: Cowden fans are really easily wound up
  18. You can't blame the lad for wanting to move to a much bigger, much better team.
  19. I think he's been wanting to leave Cowden for a couple of years, who could blame him?, but he hasn't been able to because compensation was due. Now he is 23, so can leave for nothing.
