  1. I think the chances are that Murray has been trying to find a club in League 2 (hate saying/tying that) to take McKerracher on loan, but has been unable to find one/ game time can't be guaranteed. If Kane doesn't extend his loan do you reckon we'll bring in another striker or stick with what we have? If we did bring someone in, would you take McShane?
  2. I'm definitely not changing the name of this thread. I can see why a Cowden fan wants us to change it, their last chance of staying up is for the name of this to be changed; it's not happening.
  3. Not sure if the rules have changed, but I'm pretty sure you used to be able to go out on loan twice a season, especially becuase the team Coleman was at loan with are in the Juniors. Yes, I did mean Kevin Smith, I think Scott Smith is decent cover.
  4. So, does anyone think we'll see any more comings and goings? I would suggest: Smith, Coleman and McKerracher to go out on loan. Hugh Murray or another centre mid to come in.
  5. I love Andy Graham, think he is a quality defender, and rouletter, he reads the game really well. However, two Andy Grahams would not work, he has been bailed out a few times by Barry's pace this season and Lithgow last season.
  6. Shug was absolutely vital prior to his injury, however since his return he has been almost awful. He's been a passenger in the last few games, adding absolutely nothing, obviously he adds nothing attackingly, because it's not his role, however, he hasn't been putting in tackles either, and can't seem to pass to a team mate. When Aggy is back, unless his form vastly improves, I expect Shug will be dropped.
  7. What do people (those reading this) think about John McGinn? I think he is a smashing wee player, and would go as far to say that I reckon he'll play for Scotland.
  8. I think Hibs will come in for Muz, I just hope his head overrules his heart.
  9. Hopefully this means Ahmed Habib gets his, long overdue, promotion to assistant manager.
  10. I always thought Micthell was a centre mid, who could also play as a right back.
  11. Blatant discrimation against 17 year old players; it is people like you who are holding back youth development in Scotland.
  12. Shug to be sent off a maximum of once whilst playing for us this season.
  13. Will add much needed cover/competition for Turner. Pretty decent player, does get suspended a lot though. Some more experience can't be a bad thing around the dressing room.
  14. Top 5 players, in reality: McGinn Turner Gilhaney Graham Agnew Ewings just misses out for me. Top 5 on paper: McDougall Smith Agnew Turner McGinn/Prunty
  15. I have included Murray due to him being registered as a player. As I have previously stated, these options are by no means ideal, but there are at least options there. We should have no problem providing short term cover for that position. However we are very limited, cover wise, for the centre of midfield.
  16. I think for shortish term cover we have much more options at centre back than centre mid. Long term we would probably need someone in, but you can't justify a wage on the off chance of a long term injury.
  17. I understand the quality of players isn't brilliant, but it is a high number of player who can play there.I believe Ross has more chance of playing than Murray. ETA: I just think that cover for centre mid would be more important, if either Aggy or Turner were to get injured would would we play there? Fleming? Most people want him him to be first choice up front, so we'd want to keep him up front. McNiff? Isn't anywhere near a good enough centre mid for the first division, he is much better at centre back.
  18. I understand the quality of players it's brilliant, but it is a high number of player who can play there. I believe Ross has more chance of playing than Murray.
  19. Players who can play centre back: Graham, Barry, McNiff, Smith, Ross, Coleman and Murray
  20. We get a lot of business with the Scottish national teams, and now Rangers and Celtic, because of our pitch being grass.
  21. I would be shocked, and very disappointed, if Murray went to a team in the same league as us.
