Can't work out if it's the racists tweets, abusive behaviour over gherkins, racist singing in a pub, messaging young lassies, kicking a flare into the crowd or turning up overweight & unfit that's got these folk thinking it's a good idea to sign him. Hard pass from me.

Tbf watching folk chip balls up to him at chest/waist height for a lot of last night was perhaps not the best thing to judge him by. Definitely the makings of a PLER though.

Just watching the highlights back and that is a smashing finish from Tierney. Also the movement to find that space away from the defenders was outstanding. If only there was some continental European term for someone who appears to be a space investigator.

There's parallels to be drawn between Robinson's Thunderdome and Alexander's Murderball. Both are tremendous when we thump someone out a game and crash in headers. However when they don't work they are atrocious to watch and we are incredibly stodgy. As it stands relying on KVV as the main striker when he's currently bang out of form is hard going. Tierney looks handy though. Hopefully we can get a tune out of American Joe.

KvV is all sugar or shite. On his day he's outstanding and will win points on his own. When he isn't on his day he's infuriating. I mean Decanter missed one of the worst sitters I have ever seen in my life away at St Johnstone but we'd all have him back in a heartbeat I'm sure.

Tierney looks very tidy. Loves a wee 1-2 through midfield. If big American Joe can give us a few goals between now and June we'll be cooshty.

+1 on the Doidge shout. We don't need another attacking option. We need a centre forward who plays as a centre forward. I like KvV a lot but it's all shite or sugar with him.
