Going for the masked man mystery and dragging out the ROH Tag Title situation to keep alive the storyline between MJF and Cole. Seeing Shire and Rose saying they voted against the proposal tonight, but the way its phrased makes it seem the proposal may have passed and this is them distancing themselves from it.
