I watched Children of Men at the weekend. I thought it was far superior to some of the other big name movies i have watched recently (Babel and Blood Diamond). An excellent story, and surprisingly well acted. 8/10.

Its a serious suggestion! Ants lay trails when they do stuff (evidently laid by scouter ants), and then all the other ants follow these trails. However, if you draw a thick chalk line, then the chalk masks the scent that is laid down, and all the worker ants are unable to follow the trail.
Keeps the b*****ds penned in until you can flamethrow them!
Edit: Decided to google that to check I wasnt talking pish, and its true! Apparently talc also works.
Is it not something to do with Calcium in both?

That made me laugh. I'll get the other half to get some ant powder. Where would I be able to buy some?
Any common Garden store/Diy store will have them. I would think the larger supermarkets may also have them but not sure. Be careful what you buy isn't some cheap shit however, i tried to save money once and it cost more as it did f**k all.

Order "Man in the tower" by Phillip K Dick due to several reccomendations from the P&B Masses!

Up near the top right of my screen, there's the 'Messages' bit. It says '-1 messages'.
What the fcuk is that?!?!?
It is because no-one likes you.

Blood Diamond. 6/10,
It was ok, and definitely saved by another magnificent performance by Djimon Honsou. Leo annoyed me the whole film. Not worth all the oscar recognition it got.

Crash - 5/10 every racist stereotype you can get in one film.
That was the whole point of the film.

I got done for murder today, i think it was really quite unfair given the fact I killed him in my own house.
If only you lived in the US, you could have said he was tresspassing and got away with it

Yeah, its a fair cop. Kinda annoying but I was on a double yellow so thems the breaks. Dont usually park at that point but there were no other spaces so I had no choice.
Park further away? in a different street until you can get a parking space? (i don't know what the street you live on is like, but having lived on the same street as a primary school, and a "community hall" we often had no spaces to park, and had to do the same.

You are missing the point here. IN MY OWN STREET!
Makes no difference. Just because it is your own street, doesn't mean you don't have to follow the rules of public roads. If you are that worried about parking on your own street, you should get a garage.

I got a parking ticket yesterday IN MY OWN STREET!!!
I was so angry I felt like Toby Ziegler in the West Wing when he goes into one of his legendary rants about some lefty cause while smoking a cigar and scratching his bald spot with his thumb.
Were you double parked or parked on double yellows?

That could be because mail pickups are a paid for service. Whereas, what we're talking about here is correcting a delivery error.
Anyway, game is about to start - Forza Scozia
I was told it was an insurance thing (which may be why it is a recent "rule") Apparently it is to say that the "customer" put it in such and such a post box so it should have been picked up at a certain time, instead of just saying i gave it to the postie.

Yes I worked as a postman for 6 years.
I also agree it would have been an honest mistake. I made plenty of them myself but always took the letter back - why should I penalise the customer for my error. There were certainly no rules regarding taking mail back when I was there (left in 1997). Indeed, if a customer complained that I refused to accept an erroneously delivered letter, I would have been deep in the shit.
I worked as a postman after you, and was told that i was NOT Allowed to accept post from anyone. I HAD to tell them to put it in the post-box. (i picked up mail, not delivered).

Postmen walksort their own mail i.e breaking it down into street and houses. T'was the postie to blame, no one else.
Can i ask if you have ever sorted mail before? Mistakes can happen. It could easily have been misread by the postman as an honest mistake.
As for what Stuart should do with it. He should stop being a miserable fucker, write on the envelope was delivered to the wrong address and re-post it. Posties are not allowed to take mail from individuals, and they must post it through your letterbox. If you don't like the rules, tough shit they are there for a reason.

Women drivers.
More specifically:-
1) Women drivers who do not know that a No Left Turn sign, means you are not allowed to turn left. This just causes people to get pissed off with you as you hold them up for ages. (especially when you look confused as to why they are honking their horns at you)
2) Women drivers who do their make-up sitting at a light, and cause you to miss the green light.

One of my favourite films, I bought it not that long ago. Surely it's worth more than a 7 though
I think it only got a 7 because it is losing it's impact on mr Mcqueen or as you say, it surely deserves more than a 7

Is it not obvious that the server just meant that they didn't have any chicken of the type your flatmate wanted? Why so condescending?
Yes, but it is still funny none the less.

Now, at this point I wanted to make a comment, but I was too busy preventing myself from shitting lettuce....where do they get these halfwits from?? What do they think hot wings are made out of??
And you wonder why they are working at KFC.
edited to remove some of Xbass's story and add Blahs.

Think yourself lucky that you dont have to shave SaintSam. (Her face, pervs)
Although shaving over a cold sore does seem to help.
That is a bizarre comment, why would anyone want to shave Saint Sams face?

Just say you dont understand. It's ok to admit it.
It is a strange one though.
Since you claim to have been analysing it for 2 hours, what are your thoughts on the Logo? and which exact I love NY logo is it?
