The chatting during the two support acts at Soapbox on Friday was the worst I've ever heard. Was genuinely difficult to watch the bands. Thankfully it calmed down for the headliners, but that's the first time I've actually be taken out of the show by it. I just don't understand it at all, especially in Tut's when you could quite happily sit downstairs and chat til your heart's content/.

Pollok 0-2 Darvel. Darvel well deserved winners of the WoSFL Cup in front of an impressive crowd at Broadwood. The goal 17 seconds into the second half completely killed Pollok off.

Soapbox at a sold out King Tut's tonight. Fantastic show. Manic energy, spiky, catchy, meaningful songs. What a brilliant live band. Support from Junk Pups who were excellent and Demo who were pretty decent.

A lot of it has to do with the manager. Pedro is failing in so many regards, and it seems the better players aren't playing for him. I used to be a regular, but don't see myself at another game while he's in charge.

Drove to the Soapbox gig tonight so it's non alcoholic beer. This is probably the best one I've tried.

Absolutely hilarious pick from the Falcons, utter head scratcher, no idea what they were thinking. Penix and Nix are both very good college QBs, but I didn't see either of them as top 10 draft picks. Looked to be some laugh last night!
