Rangers' 'financial meltdown', to quote someone from last week, and subsequent liquidation means they are no longer a member of the SPL, and the newco will have to start again by applying to the Third Division. Anything else is pure speculation and melodramatic nonsense. Plenty of clubs have their house in order, and have no need of the Old Firm to survive. For those who might struggle to adapt to this exciting new era, welcome to the real world. Deal with your debts and become self sufficient, rather than pandering to, and perpetuating, an Old Firm stranglehold which only exists because you allow it to.

How can Traynor say they admitted liability on the small tax case, so that's the end of the EBT case? If that's what he was saying. Is it not implicit now that they have lost the BTC?
