Title stripping drama queen response from sevco is deflection. It's nothing compared to what could happen if the decision is that the players were improperly registered on purpose or if co-operation was withheld. That's the bit Green is shitting over; the titles bit is for public orc consumption as per the Hately party line.

IF players have been improperly registered then the annulled games and the titles sanctions are both a given. That applies whether or not it was an error. If it's deemed to be intentional then we have some interesting stuff. I remember one guy who was banned sine die for this in the amateurs (they deemed it intentional rather than an administration error) and the sanctions can be as personal as that. Of course they might get away with it?! Imagine that.

First time I've ever agreed with Tedi!! However, I for one am grateful for the chatterers who have kept it going even though a lot of it is way off topic. The orc agenda is us and them to walk away and forget about all that legal/financial/regulatory stuff and let them get on with being the people. We've bailed them out already and they will continue coming back with their begging bowl for a few more years yet until they get back to their perceived rightful place so… plenty more to come on this, keep the spotlight on them.

It's nae even a surprise, Jabba was a fully fledged orc whilst he was still supposedly a journalist (and on the timmy beeb as well!)I'm laughing my socks aff here, sorry but it's like a really old python sketch or morecambe and wise joke, I know the punchline but it's still funny. ETA: on a serious note. Rumour has it that Jabba has the dirt on many people in the media and others, I hope he has the balls to issue it out. We could do with a bit of a clean up of the whole scam.

Dissapointed none of you guys have the PR experience to answer TEDI!! I'm retired but do a bit of ad-hoc for a former employer, a ftse 100 company in Aberdeen (narrows it down a bit!). This is our PR manager's guidance on how to respond to a rumour such as a WUO. 1. Say nothing at all. Complete shutdown. 2. If pressed say "no comment". 3. If really, really pressed say something long winded that means no comment, current favourite appears to be: " Look, I'm not going to give a running commentary on the business of our comapny but I'm fully briefed on this and have no further comment to make at this time. As a company we strive to blah, blah blah, mission statement etc. 4. There is no 4. Say nothing else unless the rumour becomes fact then start at 1 again. That's it, listen carefully and you'll hear every PR man in every company follow that course every day. Or you could employ an amateur.

Fans do boycott or even just plain don't go to games, that's up to them, whether they "boycott" or not is neither here nor there. The hilarious bit about this is that the club has drafted, approved and issued a formal boycott with the full backing of the board. If you're comfortable with that level of comedy management then you really do deserve each other.

The money is irrelevant, United could have drawn any team so it doesn't really matter. The fact is that the sevco owner, with the full backing of the board, put in place a boycott of the United game because he/they don't like United. Unprecedented and completely hilarious. If you're comfortable with it then nae bother, the rest of us are watching comedy gold and the more we watch the funnier it gets.

Agreed, it's just the usual sh*te between the two cheeks, they really don't see that the rest of us don't give a phuck for their pseudo history. To be fair, they are conditioned to it and there is a lot of them! I continue to read this forum on the off chance it gets on topic now and then. ETA, diddy fans, what are we like?
