To be fair the presentation is slightly better than their SPL one and it clarifies a few things. They are a franchise. The colts idea from the SFL is pretty much the franchise agenda. The franchise, along with their business partners I assume, intend to eventually move on. I certainly hope so but they can take their "colts" with them! Selling 30,000 season tickets in any league is impressive. Getting a 50,000 crowd at a fourth tier game is very impressive. Having a previous history of averaging 45,000 or so at home games is more impressive yet. It will depend on who's got the best lawyers and, given that the worst that can happen to doddsy is that he'll have to give some money back, you'd have to back Minty. The bunfight will be irrelevant to football (the dual contracts are another issue) but will fun to watch though.

They may well do but in practice it's much simpler than that as any junior club and up secretary can tell you. Don't offer up a second undisclosed contract, it's illegal.

No but the dual contracts are. Sorry to be pedantic but the EBT thing is with HMRC, the SPL are investigating dual contracts that were associated, purely a football matter.
