  1. To be fair the presentation is slightly better than their SPL one and it clarifies a few things. They are a franchise. The colts idea from the SFL is pretty much the franchise agenda. The franchise, along with their business partners I assume, intend to eventually move on. I certainly hope so but they can take their "colts" with them! I don't see the average orc buying into the franchise bit but they'll probably change that line.
  2. You can educate us then. What is it? Deid, therefore no history or alive therefore all debts? Pick one or do you feel the need to dance?
  3. Not worth the effort really. In my 50 years as a Dons fan I've never heard anyone give a flying phuck about what date we were founded/merged/named or whatever. All that stuff 100 years ago... ? Even the stuff (fitba stuff that is) in my lifetime is getting irrelevant. I been reading this for months and felt that the oldco fans were backed in to a corner so fair do's, we could expect a bit of denial. However, I 'm starting to believe that they really don't know why everyone is pointing and laughing about their old clubs demise. That makes it even funnier of course.
  4. Best one liner from Abmad last night. "Rangers will be turning in their grave at that result".
  5. Pages and pages of stuff! The SPL investigation is about dual contracts, nothing to do with the legality or otherwise of EBT's or "financial doping" whatever that journalistic shorthand might mean.
  6. That "traynor" article; it is a windup eh? Not even the orcs are that stupid. ETA - I looked at the DR site and it is actually published. They are being spoon fed some affa stuff and appear to like it!
  7. Only when it's deemed "negative", they don't seem to have a problem with signings, wealth off the radar, global brand, coisty's a gem type stories. That's why they're a conman's dream gig.
  8. That's probably the case and that's why we need to keep this forum and the other internet bampots going otherwise the cheating b*****ds will do it on a nod and a handshake. This thread is not about an SFL3 issue, it's about making sure that scottish fitba doesn't get shafted by the chancer currently in ownership of newco. I can't really blame the old gers fans for hoping for the best but the rest of us don't have to swallow swallow. It has to be said Green is playing a blinder with the sevconians, fat sally will have some explaining to do when his man leaves with the dosh.
  9. Number 14 on your list here, hiya! No insult because I'm being 100% literal but you really are ignorant. On my imac there's a wee button called "Top sites". When i'm having a read of the sites I generally visit I can open it and press it and see the sites I have open, this let's me go back anf fore from site to site. It's called surfing the web. I'm an old mannie so in my case it's called silver surfing, that's humorous you see. With me so far, apologies for lack of swear words innat. So, at the moment i have iGoogle, P&B, Aberdeenmad, BBC news, STV news, Sky sports, two AOL mail (home and business), Amazon and xhamster open. It's not rocket science. Some of them I look at for information, some for entertainment and this RFCadmin one because it's hilarious. So phuck off, grow up and try to get into this century.
  10. I'm not sure anyone is laughing at the "fat, drunken, wife-beating, sashed-up Orange b*****ds" element, I'm certainly not. if you can't recognise the "hatred, bile, blame and revenge" that's coming out louder than anything else from Ibrox management and fans then that's up to you.
  11. Selling 30,000 season tickets in any league is impressive. Getting a 50,000 crowd at a fourth tier game is very impressive. Having a previous history of averaging 45,000 or so at home games is more impressive yet. Having that capacity and going completely titsup to the point of liquidation (even excluding the dodgy taxation policy) and ending up in the ownership of a speculator , at best, takes some doing. Doing all that whilst maintaining a WATP philosophy and spewing hatred, bile, blame and revenge on every body in view.... that's hilarious and that's why we're all pointing and laughing.
  12. How cute to see they're back together again after all that's gone between them.... the two cheeks that is.
  13. An interesting diversion but only old rangers/sevco and celtic have bigotry as their business model. Sectarianism is their selling proposition as per Green's soundbites this week. If it wasn't they would simply get rid of the flags etc, disassociate themselves from the morons who perpetuate it and get the rest of their fans to join the 21st cenyury, but they can't.
  14. Get used to it; the legal proceedings that haven't even started will run for years. This is not about the new team in the SFL3, this is about the old rangers , how they got into such a financial mess that they were liquidated, how their fans kept funding charlatan after charlatan, how scottish fitba dealt with it, how corruption can't get away with it so easily these days, MSM vs the internet warriors etc etc. Great entertainment, important for scottish fitba and lessons to be learned for all. Enjoy. And this shouldn't be in the SFL3 forum, sevco's part in this is minor compared to rangers.
  15. I make that £1,155,000 over 3 seasons for Rae and that's equivalent to about £1,500,000 if he'd been taxed on the EBT's. If you ever have any doubt that the cheating bast*rds gained an advantage then remember this is what they paid to secure a middling pool player (even given that he'll do a job for us all the same!). How do we compete with 10k a week for a pool player with 39 appearances in 3 seasons?
  16. I agree, big bucks for not doing very much. Nae specifically disrespectfull to SFL3 because it's pretty easy from SPL down and they've basically landed a cushy gig. Worst that happens is they don't get paid and/or sevco go into admin at which time they're free agents again. They're fitba players, the heart doesn't come into it.
  17. It will depend on who's got the best lawyers and, given that the worst that can happen to doddsy is that he'll have to give some money back, you'd have to back Minty. The bunfight will be irrelevant to football (the dual contracts are another issue) but will fun to watch though.
  18. They may well do but in practice it's much simpler than that as any junior club and up secretary can tell you. Don't offer up a second undisclosed contract, it's illegal.
  19. Very good point. Maybe we should be looking at better organisations and better people in charge. A lot to be said for checks and alternative views.
  20. No I definitely do not think that! I totally agree, I'm just pointing out that they're not very good at this so far are they? Admin, liquidation, TUPE, fines, sanctions, SPL, SFL1, SFL3, License etc etc. I have faith in their continued myopic, weurrapeepull driven incompetence.
  21. No but the dual contracts are. Sorry to be pedantic but the EBT thing is with HMRC, the SPL are investigating dual contracts that were associated, purely a football matter.
  22. You could say that that but the point is it's not a lot compared to what their (failed) PR machine has been predicting every step along the way is it?
