Definitely think he's similar to Gross and this is probably the biggest factor. Their latest young gem that they'll probably sell to Chelsea for £200m is a 19 year old Cameroonian Baleba who fits the profile of Caicedo more, certainly has more about him off the ball.
In games where you have lots of the ball you're more likely to see Gilmour and Gross. For games where you need more physicality and off the ball running, it will tend to be Baleba and one other. At the moment the experienced Gross tends to get the nod in those tougher games, but hopefully we see a transition from Gross to Gilmour over the next season or 2
