Without getting ahead ahead of ourselves, I believe our starting 11 can compete with the top 2 no problem and proved that up at cove, but our squad depth is what will prevent us from any real title challenge. I would be delighted with a play off spot. We seem to have a squad with a real togetherness and spirit at the moment.
Hope the injury to big Kev wasn’t too serious, had my doubts pre season, but he has been outstanding so far and made big saves at key moments in games. Between him and smith we have 2 quality loan signings. Especially when you hear Stenny complaining about theirs.
I think that is a bit unfair on Hamilton who has been excellent at the back and means we have 3 quality loan signings.
He might be extremely small for a central defender but he is in the right place to snuff out danger and on Saturday in particular made at least 4 superb blocks.0 -

Bigman was brilliant yesterday as already stated. Surely he is a dream for Jordan Allan with his flick ons and work rate, but for me Allan doesn’t anticipate any of those and seems to be 5 yards deeper than Renton when he goes up for header.
This pisses me off every week. If we are going to lump it up to Renton when will someone start making a run off him winning headers. Until someone does it carries no threat whatsoever.
Having said that I prefer when we don’t punt it up to the big man up front.0 -

Shame if Swann is away. I would have liked to see him in a role like Brad Smith was afforded I think he could have done some damage.

Bollan should be sitting down right now looking at the league table and the cup cash and begging the board to get gary fraser signed up for next season before someone else does.Now with a fair chunk of the season gone , which players would you guys like to see us part ways with and what do you think we need to bring in ?
And Swann but convincing him to stay will be a challenge.1
