I love this squad but there's no room for sentiment in football. IMO we need at least a LB, two CBs, a RB, at least one new CM, a winger and a keeper. I'd definitely keep: Rose McDaid Shankland Hart (but NOT as first choice keeper!) Moore Forrest Crawford Docherty (if he can stay injury free) Moff, Adams, Bell and Geggan stay as squad players for their versatility. Everyone else goodbye and good luck!

After the Alloa game I thought we'd blown it and considered not going, but as the week went on I had a sneaky feeling that we would do it so went along in hope. I thought the crowd was better on Saturday for not having the usual scummy elements that seem to emerge for our "glory" games.

I missed out on the HB tour because the Barrowlands sold out in under a minute and tickets subsequently reappeared on touting sites for extortionate prices. I deliberately have never watched any footage from that tour as I know that would have made me even more raging to have missed it.

The EMG show was ten times better than last night.

I have seen the Manics twice in the Hydro and twice in the Barrowlands and they suit the smaller venue more. Both of the Barrowland gigs I went to were absolutely mental. Something is lost in the bigger venues.

I'd agree. While I still enjoyed last night that was probably the least enjoyable Manics concert I've been to. I hated the new album at first, but despite it eventually growing on me I still think it is one of their weakest to date and hearing them playing the new songs alongside their better and older stuff only served to emphasise that. I was pleased they dropped Liverpool Revisited and Show Me The Wonder from the setlist. I am in the minority and love Lifeblood and was glad they played something from it.

They seem to think superstar footballers are fans of their club and want to play for them. Zlatan? Celtic fan! Robbie Fowler? Rangers fan! Stevie Gerrard? Celtic fan! Iniesta? Rangers fan! Beyond delivering polite soundbites that appear complimentary, does anyone genuinely believe that they give a shit about two awful football teams from Glasgow?

Ask these so-called Catholics and Protestants anything about their alleged religions and they cannot answer. Ask them if they believe in Jesus Christ and they will say no. Ask them when they were last at church and they say that they cannot remember. Why is this? The one thing more stupid than believing in religion in 2018 is pretending to do so because it fits in with some idiotic agenda.

Not only that, they seem to use each other as yardsticks to determine what cunty behaviour is acceptable.
