Gayfield and it's wind is getting blown out of proportion.

Definitely, Gayfield has no shelter from the wind at all whereas Vics ground is maybe a mile and a half inland and where it is situated is very well sheltered from any wind.

Last week at Gayfield lots of people screaming for our game against QOS to be put off in the morning due to the wind, come 3 o'clock Gayfield perfectly playable despite the forecast.

Hard five and a half mile run in a howling gale this morning, don't we just love it.

Well that was pretty comfortable, aside from a ten minute spell after Swankie was subbed Arbroath in control and should have scored a few more. Good times for us Lichties. QOS very poor. Wind what fucking wind just a wee breeze, officials got that spot on.

Who knows what the future holds, if you said to a human 100 years ago that we would have landed on the moon and were on our way to Mars within the next 100 or so years they would have said that was a fantasy. We know only a tiny amount about what's in the universe and a humungous amount of stuff we don't understand or know about,so there would be loads to learn about if we got out there.

2.5 million light years from Earth. Will humans ever visit our nearest neighbouring Galaxy, it would be amazing to be there and indeed anywhere in outer space if we could we just find a way of travelling insane distances in a reasonable time for us humans. Space is awesome.

Crap view where I was sitting, loads of empty seats all around our allocated area with a better view didn't see a problem why we couldn't have sat there instead of getting herded like cattle into a shitty corner.

Tight...it was ridiculous half the stadium empty and we were crammed into a tiny section with a crap view. Won't be in any hurry to visit that stadium again.

Great performance from Arbroath. got the 2 goal lead with the wind in the first half which could've been more and kept Thistle at bay pretty comfortably in the 2nd half against the breeze. Gaston gifting Thistle a goal at the end but done really well otherwise and I prefer him to Jamieson. As for Thistle is their keeper thick or what, at his kick outs in the first half kept booting it with the wind out of the park.... and they need Kenny Miller back.
