  1. That was me! I met the woman on the way up Stob Dearg through the Corrie as her man had went up an alternate route and we got chatting and I kept in with them all day. Didn’t see any stags unfortunately! They were very fast and I don’t think I’d have walked that quickly if I had been going on my own Were you part of the 3 guys and your mate (or you) was getting a photo on the wee ledge below the munro top? I can’t remember passing anyone else off the top of my head but you might jog my memory! Totally agree about the descents up there, not straightforward and you need full concentration. The Rocky bits after coming off Stob Na Broige to the path would be treacherous even if it was slightly wet
  2. Headed for Buachaille Etive Mòr this morning as I’d never walked in Glencoe before and it didn’t disappoint. The corrie to begin with felt like it’d never end and the sweat was lashing off me. The sun didn’t come out as early as was forecast but weather was good all the same. Ended up walking most of the route with a random couple who are onto their 2nd round, was really nice and they gave me some good recommendations for some hills. Was round in 5.5 hours or so. Probably one of my favourites so far
  3. https://x.com/ictfc/status/1697716045551669759?s=46&t=bQ9pEfbPSN-c1y-bmjkt7w Two defenders in one day!
  4. https://x.com/ictfc/status/1697625389047124091?s=46&t=bQ9pEfbPSN-c1y-bmjkt7w We’ve signed a defender!
  5. When they go to the wider angle of the 3 of them, Joe Lewis looks about 8 foot tall standing next to Mccann and Sutherland
  6. Just been thinking about it and it would be so on brand for this board to sack Dodds the day after the transfer window closes
  7. I remember in the first game we played them in Aberdeen last season when George Oakley came on as a sub the two of them were more interested in wrestling each other than playing football
  8. Watched the third episode this morning. Bit shorter than the first 2 but would prefer that than needless filler. Really liking Huyang
  9. Taking a leaf out of the Yogi Hughes managerial playbook. Need a centre back? Sign a midfielder
  10. Completely forgot about Oli Burke too, I was hoping there would be some obscure Berti Vogts call up that I could use to impress folk
  11. Today I learned that Alan Hutton played in La Liga, knew there would be some rogue loan move I didn’t know about
  12. We can’t have had many players playing in La Liga in a Scotland squad
  13. Reckon there’s a high chance I’ve got ADHD as I see a lot of the symptoms in myself. My GP is hopeless though so not even going to try and bother finding out if I do have it
  14. The Hibs board should consider the level of patter from the potential applicant before appointing them. The only to go to the next level is by appointing Yogi imo
  15. Looking forward to a “tactical masterclass” where we lose the game or a “good start” where we’re a goal down after 33 seconds
  16. That’s quite interesting, I don’t really pay much attention to anything outside the Scottish leagues if I’m honest. Surprised he’s freezing out Smith Rowe as I thought he was their next big thing (for the England team too) purely on what I’ve seen in the media/social media
  17. Not picking on @Scotty Tunbridge but clicked to open the thread at my last unread post and this was the post it landed on The whole Tierney scenario seems really odd to me, he’s clearly a very good player but Arteta probably just doesn’t fancy him. Tierney won’t be the first and won’t be the last to go through something like this.
  18. It’s neither, our board/CEO genuinely believe the sun shines out of his arse. Jobs for the boys is all it is
  19. Fair play to anyone that travelled down from up north, I live half an hour away and couldn’t be arsed going
  20. I was at this one and I remember not feeling overly bothered given we’d pumped Dunfermline 5-1 a few weeks earlier and just put it down to a cup upset. I do remember us creating absolutely nothing in the Alloa game though. What really worried me was the 5-1 scudding we took off Hearts at Tynecastle a few weeks later. We looked an absolute rabble at the back and it’s still to this day the only game I’ve left early. I thought after that game we were in big trouble.
