It's a more streamlined version, to allow you to play it on tablets and such. Never played it myself, but a lot of people now prefer it and say you barely notice the things "missing". You'd be best trying a demo of it first.

I wonder if he, or his agent, expected more fan pressure from the fans after his announcement today? If they did then they've seriously misjudged the situation.

I'm sure it's nothing to do with the fact the German FA built every club a world class youth facility and lend them f**k tonnes of Euros every season to help run them. Definitely the lower ticket prices that helps them produce such good quality players.
