    Why do wasps get such a bad rep? They only sting in self defence for the most part. Off the top of my head midgies are the most aggressive species in this country.

    Solitary wasps get liberated. I did however destroy a wasps' nest in the garden a few years back. Mea culpa etc

    Took a train through to the fitba on Saturday. First train journey in Scotland for seven months. The guard emptied a group of lassies for not wearing face coverings, which impressed me greatly.

    Because with less than 3% of the Scottish population Dundee's accent is largely irrelevant at a national level. How's your Moray accent? I'm not an actor

    Watched Schemers at the DCA. A solid 7 out of 10, but cannot for the life of me understand why professional Scottish actors cannot do a Dundee accent

    He was back yesterday. I was accompanying a couple of service users to an optician appointment at Boots and he was vamping away as per. Got me thinking that this is the soundtrack to their working life.
