  1. Nala, she destroys every toy that she gets but not these two for some reason, anytime someone comes into the house she takes them over as a present and anytime she goes to bed they go with her.
  2. Up there with some of the best tv I've watched. Another thing that's on Amazon prime that it well worth a watch is, The Man In The High Castle. Much better than the book.
  3. If his is the best cv we receive I'll be shocked. Then again it's Airdrie.
  4. Focus st, no question. Get one and have the most fun you'll ever have driving a car!
  5. Leeds look good, be interesting to see how long they can keep this up
  6. That budget seems astronomical! There’s no way that was sustainable, and clearly shows now. Surely the alarm bells would’ve been ringing around the support at the time
  7. Superhans let rip a few hours ago, well worth the read of the Stranraer v Raith thread[emoji23]
  8. From the outside looking it seems that the club have been pretty reckless, decent income through cup draws and through decent travelling supports in recent years should really have you guys sitting sweet, or at least not in the mess you’re in. I brought it up last year and didn’t really get an answer for whatever reason but I’d heard from an ex-player (who was treated pretty poorly by Kerr and co) that the club owed around 90k to St Ambrose school for training. There may not be any truth in it but it seemed pretty alarming. Anyway, I genuinely hope it turns out not too badly for you guys and I’m sorry to see the state your club is in.
  9. Sky bet giving 8/1 for an Airdrie win today and 4/1 for the draw. Decent value in the draw
  10. Be careful what you wish for guys. When Wotherspoon took over at Airdrie and set out his grand plans it was hard not to get on the bandwagon. 1 season as the worst full time side in the country and he chucked the toys out the pray and left, leaving us with days to save ourselves and come up with the cash to see us through the season. Thankfully an Airdrie minded consortium have came in and seem to have saved the day. It might also be worth noting that our supporters trust are an equal party in the consortium.
  11. Been at the gym most mornings before work and swimming most nights after work for about 8 weeks now, I wouldn't say I've been hitting it hard until this week when I started to look into supplements and different styles of workouts. At the moment I'm aiming to cut my body fat, so I've started to do weight training (various exercises 8-10 reps) followed by HIIT for around 20-30 minutes, really looking forward to seeing the results. Are there any decent exercises I can add into my HIIT sessions to vary things up a little, at the moment I'm on the treadmill with a sprint for 1 minute and 30 seconds at lower pace, repeated 4-5 times. I then go to the rowing machine and max out for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, I enjoy doing weighted steps for the same intervals as the rowing machine. I attempt to do press ups for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds but thats not going as well as the others. To finish off I then move onto some core exercises with the same intervals as above.
  12. Aren’t you guys even just a little worried about the silence coming from Stark’s? It’s almost as bad as what we suffered last season. The decision to stay full time is bold but could really bite you on the arse, a hybrid system would’ve been ideal for you guys.
  13. I'm glad this hasn't slipped under the radar
  14. Baby Sent from my iPhone using Pie and Bovril
  15. Wee update guys, looks the administrators are in tomorrow and it won’t see it through admin. Probably won’t need to wait long for redundancy
  16. The company I work for are on a ‘knife edge’ regarding whether or not it will continue to exist. My line manager took us all aside around two weeks ago and explained the situation, stating that we had to look after number 1 and if we were offered a job elsewhere from then until the end of the financial year we had to take it. The past two weeks have been nothing but a go slow because as you can imagine it’s hard to get motivated with something like that hanging over your head. I got offered a job on Friday and explained I had to work two weeks notice (I don’t) and they were understanding of that. My question now is, do I give it until the end of the week to see if it goes under and get my redundancy package from the government and then start the job or do I just hand in my notice now and go?
