There's just so much content unlocked by simply riding about and interacting with stuff I'm willing to put up with it. Been playing it since release day and things have just started to dry up a bit, think I'm approaching the end!

You could give The Passage by Justin Cronin a try but it is the first in a rather long trilogy. Similar to the Stand there's a virus pandemic that almost wipes out humanity and it follows the survivors battles against the 'virals' over a very long time. I just finished the third book recently, Cronin is a very good writer but he gets a bit wordy at times and needs a better editor. Still enjoyed the books a lot though.

Did you not find a bit cliched and predictable? There's no doubting it's a well made wee movie but it's been done 1000 times, some wonderfully tense scenes though it must be said. The fact his school pal was Irish did my nut in until they explained he went to boarding school.

There's a wee place called Bramble on Fenwick Road that has been there for about 2 years and just recently it must have become one these 'trendy hotspots'. Absolute roasters hanging about at the door and outside the door waiting on a place in a cafe with about 10 seats. Does my nut in when A. It isn't anything special and B. There at least 2 alternatives where you wouldn't have to wait.

You're experience might be different but the first book was definitely the best and you could notice some of the TP influence but that definitely waned as the series went for me.

I gave up on this utterly boring series after The Long Mars, by then all hope of it actually getting interesting was abandoned. Very much a Stephen Baxter product imo.

I started this last night, it's a great game but it's basically a direct clone of the Arkham games, they've just switched a few of the buttons. It's still not a patch on God Of War and I think it's getting bit overhyped due to the webbed wonder.

i loved it when i was younger but it is far too sweet for me these days It has f**k all sugar in it now just like every other drink except Coke and Pepsi. Every drinks maker has reformulated screwing up the governments sugar tax spending plans, it's backfired spectacularly on the fascist c***s.

All this fucking about with percentages just read the side of the can ffs. It says 'with sugar and sweeteners' in pretty large type on the god awful new stuff. And Pepsi is shite, should only be bought when the big red isn't available, Coke is the king now, f**k you Barrs.

The picture quality on the main feed is terrible but selecting the court feed (Louis Armstrong for Murray) instead is a massive improvement. Very strange as you would expect the opposite.

People that decide to start walking faster when they notice you are about to overtake them meaning you have to either up the pace even further to get past or walk behind them in the 'too close' zone. Even more infuriating when they slow back down again once you're past. Just walk faster in the first place and I wouldn't feel the urge to rip your head off your shoulders you absolute c***s!
