  1. Agreed, pump the ball from anywhere in our defense up to Dowds, Kabia can win the scraps and lay it to a stationary Griffiths to score three 25 yarders every game. Midfield problems sorted.
  2. Love this. Signing a fat past it Griffiths is a gamble. So let’s gamble with the team too. It’ll be fun at the very least, which is more than can be said for the last 48 months of watching falkirk
  3. Strange one, presume we’re paying him a very pretty penny.... Dowds and him up top now I presume - might we please see Kabia in midfield instead of Mcguffie? Imo Kabia is such an exciting prospect. Finally a player who isn’t 5 foot 8 and slow
  4. Would much rather have Dixon in there than ATS - thought he was desperate yesterday
  5. Was a Paul Hartley esque response. Well done to Lewis for asking the question and for pressing on the time frame for his recovery
  6. Dixon in for ATS at LCB, Mccann at LWB, Mills in at RCB, would solve some issues surely. When Rennie asked Dixon if he is still up for playing LWB he should've laughed in his face.
  7. The only really relevant statement from today. Performance from both teams today compared to the 0-1 we saw in August were miles away. Confidence levels, eh
  8. It’s 5 at the back that becomes a 3 whenever we get the ball, problem is whenever we lose it (often) Williamson is miles ahead of anyone else and it leaves a back 3 (including brad McKay), who’ve never played together before, exposed and all over the shop. It’s Sunday league rubbish.
  9. Yikes, that team. Morrison not even on the bench.
  10. We often share gut feelings. Don’t know why but can see us winning 3-0 or 3-1, with some decent attacking stuff. Almost certainly won’t happen
  11. Morrison and Mccann must start, Mcguffie and Miller must not
  12. We include season ticket buyers who don’t turn up in attendance figures so hard to get a true measure. This Saturday v Queens Park is a good direct like for like game - see if we can hit the 4k
  13. Think the thing that will have a far, far greater impact than any advertising campaign etc would be a swell of wins. A feeling of building to something tangible on the park that we haven’t had in 2,3,4 years. A little run into the playoffs eg would imo see membership increase hugely. I don’t agree with that btw - fans money is probably more important in this scheme when times are bad rather than good - but imo it’s how a lot of our supporters think
  14. Not looking at any more footballers tweets. Makes my blood boil too much. The amount of lad banter shite that must get thrown around about goodwillie etc would probably make me give up on football if I thought about it for too long.
  15. What an extremely difficult article to follow! Can't say I've even noticed him making the bench, but let's hope he gets game time at some point
  16. Well done to all those who applied pressure and made it known they could no longer support or work at the club.
  17. Wouldn’t be against it but zero chance it happens. If we’re in for him so are 10 other clubs and we aren’t winning that battle
  18. Idiotic, ill informed and dangerous suggestion by her.
  19. Couldn't agree more. Given some of the heartbreaking comments on COYB facebook I don't believe we would've had the swell of movement the Raith fans have produced. The club would've been lost to any loyal supporter with a moral compass, and would've been left in the hands of the scum who'd sanctioned the deal and the scum still supporting the club.
  20. It's a chance for her to show how much she *cares*, so of course she's demanding this lunacy. Unbelievably dangerous precedent she's trying to set there.
  21. Is it possible Goodwillie has ended his career here? Hard to see him just slink back to Clyde or any league club and continue playing. The outcry has gone mainstream. If so, sweet, sweet justice.
  22. Doesn’t apply to unrepentant rapists. The last board, and Gary fucking Holt knew that. If they judged it better than the new guys that is not good. However, bullet dodged (for good given his length of Raith contract - ooft). Maybe a piece of luck or maybe we were never in for him.
