    I haven’t played the total war games since Rome 2 (less said about that one, the better). Went through the tutorial and it seems pretty good; I know it’s looked on very well by those who have played it, in terms of its place in the whole series. I like Japanese history is general so I’m happy with it so far. The fact it’s free to keep (and the dlc is vastly reduced in price) means it’s very good value to install and try it out.

    Don't know about other city councils, but Dundee CC are facing care staff shortages (due to illness and isolation) and are now trying to draft in private sector/care company staff to cover the gaps. Obviously not at the council rate of pay ofc, and staff are being told by the care companies they work for that they will be going, regardless if they want to or not. Some farce.

    Maribou Stork Nightmares is Irvine Welsh’s best piece of work. Could never be turned into a film though. T2 is absolutely fine as a film, I prefer the first one but it didn’t stop me going to see T2 3/4 times at the cinema.
