  1. I genuinely have no clue what to expect today. @ayrunitedfw I like the idea of a backlash like you mention but in all honesty I don't think we have it in us, we've had stinking results before followed by games that, on paper, we should be winning. It's usually either more of the same or a shitfest draw/win that does nothing to appease the fans.
  2. It was also the century of the Battle of the Boyne, which for reasons unfathomable to anyone else in the world seems to be extremely important to Rangers fans and to which Helpma was referring But I suspect you already knew this, you rascal
  3. I'm more confident playing Rangers at Ibrox these days than at NDP

  5. I wouldn't have said Motherwell were dominant at all, it was a pretty even game but Accies had the clearer cut chances by a distance. Two, arguably three, absolute sitters before the goal and a few half chances on top of that. Motherwell probably had more possession but I never felt they looked particularly threatening
  6. Accies realistically have 6 or 7 games per season that are must wins, and that you feel we have a decent chance. Two of those have been in the last week and we've lost both. Early doors and all that but with two very difficult games coming up next and realistically 5 defeats in a row it's already difficult to see how we're going to turn this season around.
  7. Oh sweet Christ we got Annan again
  8. Oh St Johnstone should be awarded the three points for today too, don't get me wrong. I suspect Accies will still find a way to f**k it up on Wednesday if the game goes ahead
  9. Should just give the three points to Accies tbf, the only fitting punishment for the sheep breaking the rules
  10. Doing pretty well considering, albeit every time Celtic get the ball on the flank they look like slicing us open. Two very similar goals that could have been prevented with a bit more defensive savvy. Hope we have a crack at them in the second half, no expectations of us here so feck it, go for it
  11. No Oggy is a strange, strange choice. He was the one player who caused Shellik any real problems last season
  12. To be fair our performances against Celtic last season were mostly decent, might even have nicked something from the last one at home if the referee hadn't absolutely shit the bed and sent Griffiths off for that stamp. But first day of the season, lots of our best players gone, new guys and youngsters thrown in at the deep end, Celtic ramped up for another inevitable title win.... Nah, not today.
  13. Finding it difficult to care about this game, it feels like the season really kicks off next week for us.
  14. I don't think not having fans in the stadium will make much of a difference to be honest. They'll still want to keep their windows intact and avoid being threatened
  15. Welcome back lads, looking forward to throwing some cones around outside Tannadice at the earliest opportunity
  16. Is Temps cup tied because he played in the cup down south? Can never remember how that works. But honestly, putting that out as a starting lineup is fucking farcical
