    He’s been out wide mostly, we’ve used him on both wings. Occasionally he’ll appear in the number 10 position behind the striker. Not hard to see why he’s rated so highly at United.

    Young Scott Banks we’ve got on loan from you looks to be a right good player, quality on the ball, been impressed since he came to us. Definitely potential to be a good player for you in a few years.

    Is Gerry McLaughlin still suspended for Saturday? The game at hampden was probably our worst performance of the season.

    Given the resources he had, Jim Duffy did a good job with us. Signed decent players and ones with experience at league 2 level, ending up in a play off which was somewhat unexpected. Whoever has tipped Jim chapman has lost the plot.

    The person that told me knows the player himself, I suspect there is at least some truth in it. It would only go below minimum wage depending what sort of contracted hours you’re on surely.

    Ian Murray must be fair chuffed he wasn’t able to take over. Heard you offered a player(now at Peterhead) £30 a week and he would be the highest paid player.

    Trouten couldn’t cut it 10 years ago in the championship so can’t say I’m surprised to hear this.

    We had him 2 seasons ago and was very good, only played a few times last season. Good keeper he’ll do well.

    Scott McLaughlin was terrible for us 2 years ago when we nearly finished bottom, admittedly in a terrible team. Couldnt believe Albion signed 3 of that team in McLaughlin, Higgins and perry.

    Was going to say the same thing, think he rates himself highly. Decent but a liability as well, the amount of shirt pulling in the box he did was incredible, he could give away a penalty most weeks.

    Not sure how much longworth did for you but would definitely take him at Clyde, could pitch in with 10-15 easily in league 2.

    Pleasing to see galt go, will take a while to forget that strike at broadwood, what a hit. Always thought he was a decent player.
