    Bit of a novice question, I'm toying with the idea of the Loch Ness marathon at the end of September. I can run 5-10K fairly comfortably at an okay pace currently. Is it worth increasing distances this early on or waiting until closer to the time?

If anyone here is the same as me and find relatability in music comforting, I would thoroughly recommend checking out Stick Season (Forever) by Noah Kahan. It has some absolute masterpieces that hit me like a tonne of bricks

    Language.Sex.Violence.Other? Listened to this over and over when I was 15, the first half of the album is peak 00's indie rock with a somewhat more sedate end. Still la fave but unsure how much nostalgia is playing into that. Dokota is simply iconic so will always love it for that alone.

    Thanks for the input! In short, I have a relatively stress free job that pays quite well and have paid off my flat. Taking a year to travel would almost certainly mean returning to a significant wage drop.
