  1. Oooft! Anyway. Rangers were great at paying their debts. (you see JMO? Opposites is how the game is played)
  2. Started well, gone downhill rapidly. Takes far too many touches and doesn't track back or tackle. Leaves the full back exposed because he seems to have no idea how to pressurise the player on the ball and just passes them on.
  3. Who gives a fu*k? Who gives a fu*k? Who gives a fu*k? Who gives a fu*k? Who gives a fu*k? Who gives a fu*k? Who gives a fu*k? Tommy Burns Who gives a fu*k? Who gives a fu*k? Who gives a fu*k?
  4. This whole 'having 2 decent players for every position' malarkey just isn't the Killie way. I yearn for the halcyon days of no midfielders and 15 right backs.
  5. In a flat 4-4-2 maybe but not in a 4-2-3-1 where he's asked to push up and down the park quickly. Wilson isn't exactly blessed with pace.
  6. We need a midfielder and a right back before another striker. We desperately need a ball winner in the middle or we'll just get bullied and O'Donnell has looked awful at right back so far but we don't have a replacement.
  7. Correct. Kirsten was helping to tutor him through his exams as well. It's a really nice touch by the club.
  8. There have probably been more bad episodes than good since series 4. There are still a few good ones and a couple of truly brilliant ones though; 5.12-13 The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang - 6.1-2 The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon - 6.4 The Doctor's Wife 6.10 The Girl Who Waited 6.11 The God Complex 7.10 Journey to the centre of the TARDIS 9.11 Heaven Sent 10.6-8 Extremis/The Pyramid at the end of the World/The Lie of the Land 10.11 World Enough and Time
  9. That would echo River Song's final/second episode in terms of the way The Doctor 'saves' her. Moffat too I believe.
  10. Nando? Like a spicy chicken?
  11. I think its the cloth face I've always liked/feared. Somehow it just seems much, much scarier. I think you are right though, this 'Genesis' will probably elevate them to greatness if they weren't already there.
  12. The body horror of that episode was shocking. The "pain", "kill me", and "die me" lines were brutal for Saturday night tea time fare, (classic Who was well known for that horror element but Nu Who has generally shied away). I absolutely loved the look of the Cybermen. The Mondasian Cyberman is, for me, the quintessential Who villain.
  13. BTW I meant to say 3 parter and not episode 3.
  14. It would. It would also be typical Moffat as people just aren't allowed to die any more in Who.
  15. My horrible thought is that the Doctor has engineered a computer programme a la the Extremis episode 3 to test Missy and this is all just a trick. I really, really hope I'm wrong.
  16. Funking awesome episode. Everything that is good about Who. I'm gutted with the ending.
  17. And will he end up actually becoming Klaw in this film?
  18. This series has been good. It hasn't had a classic episode yet but they've generally been solid. The brilliant thing about this series hasn't been the episodes themselves but The Doctor and Bill. Capaldi is a brilliant Doctor and his frenetic acting style and deadpan delivery are spot on - I think he might be the best Doctor since the show returned but sadly has been lumbered with some of the worst material. Bill could be the best companion since the show returned too given time - it's such a shame the we had that lump Clara during the last couple of years. Given who the new show runner is next series, I can only see the quality decreasing next time so we'd better enjoy it while it lasts.
  19. It's about time we put up a statue of the great man, (in that iconic pose from above). One for him and one for Willie Waddell as probably the two greatest men in our history, (certainly the two greatest managers IMO).
  20. Absolutely. He is generally considered to be one of, if not the, greatest players in our history as much for what he did on the park as well as off it.
  21. I have to agree with the Jaws love in. It's the best film ever made and I bloomin love it.
  22. Hidden Figures 6/10 A film about racial segregation, set in NASA during the space race. Fairly enjoyable as a retrospective insight into the terrible persecution suffered by many and the awful day to day reality of little things like not having a 'colored' bathroom near your desk. The technological advances of the age contrast well with the antiquated notion of racial discrimination.
